The space
Excellent living and kitchen space. With grill and ocean view balcony, it’s fantastic for groups. The hotel next door has an excellent restaurant, bar and swimming pool with complete selection of menu and cocktails.
Nature surrounds the other three sides with coconut groves, walking trails, ponds and beach.
Guest access
Over a hundred acres of tropical flowers, fruits and hardwoods. Thousands of birds live at Lago Bay including parrots, herons and eagles.
Other things to note
It’s good to gas up and get any specialty items in Santiago. (Other than seafood. In this area it’s fresh, inexpensive and exceptional).
The Santa Catalina area is still fairly ‘exotic’ and rustic.
The surfing wave is the best in Panama. The diving at Coiba, crown jewel of National island parks, is our main attraction.
