About this property

Quiet Hilltop Manor Minutes from PSU/Airport

Relax and enjoy your stay minutes from University Park airport and only 9 minutes from Beaver Stadium. The Hilltop Manor is nestled on a quiet 2 acre hillside with views of the mountains.

On the first floor you will have access to the kitchen, large living room, dining room and full bathroom. Upstairs you will find both of the bedrooms and another full bathroom with shower. There is an inflatable mattress available as well.

Outside you will find ample parking at the top of the hill. Driveway is paved as is parking area. Walking up to the house there is a covered porch with a swinging chair and a slider. Outback there is a patio with high top table and chairs.

This is our home so with the following exceptions, you will have access to the full property:
- Garage
- One bedroom upstairs
- Basement
- Shed
Those rooms inside the house will be locked. Please do not attempt to go into any locked areas of the house.

Residents of the house will not be on the property during your stay.

Graduation weekend

Great location for The Weeknd merely 10 minutes to campus. Nice house with more space than needed. If our daughter didn’t graduate. We’d use this house again

White out weekend

My husband and I both PSU alums met one of my roommates for a nice weekend. Location is very close to the stadium. Check in was seamless. House has very comfortable furniture and beds. Admittedly we didn’t spend too much time at the house mostly slept but the bathrooms were nice. We were well stocked for the weekend with paper goods and towels. Staying in Bellefonte allowed us to eat at the waffle shop with no wait. 10/10 recommend!!
