Large master bedroom, Work-Station, 300-400Mbs Wi-Fi, Netflix & Roku. Fully enclosed backyard with covered patio and near the Franklin Mts. State Park (beautiful hiking trails).

Home features a beautiful & spacious open floor plan. Kitchen offers recessed lighting, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar too! Other features include refrigerated air, a large master bedroom, master bathroom with double vanity, garden tub and walk in closet. Fully enclosed backyard has covered patio and beautifully manicured landscaping! Yes, I allow dogs but I will charge $100 per pet no matter what size. In addition, pet(s) are NOT allow to be on any furniture (EG. Beds, Couch, Sofa, Chairs, Tables, etc.) at any given time in order for the guests to keep and enjoy my Beautiful Home Clean at all times.

My home is conveniently located and within walking distance, we have well maintain neighborhood's trails and the amazing Franklin Mountain trails just minutes away.
If you and your family like lakes, fishing and water sports; I would recommend to adventure for an early short trip to Caballo Lake just 1.5 hrs and/or Elephant Butte just 2 hrs from my home or to try the New Mexico vineyards to enjoy local made wine just 30 minutes away.
