What we liked about the property was the three bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The house inside was very clean. There was plenty of supplies. There was dish soap, paper plates paper cups. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes pots and pans silverware. Really the only complaint that we had is that there was a chair in living room that was broken. We had one of the children sit in it and it started to sink so we actually turned it to the wall and wouldn't let anyone sit in it for the stay. The living room furniture was very dated and the springs on all the furniture seem to be shot. When you sit on the furniture you sink. So during our stay we just sat in the lawn chairs we found in a closet and the chairs around the table. The landscaping around the property needs to be kept up. We stayed during a massive fall leaf drop and it was a battle keeping the leaves out of the house and out of our car. The bushes definitely need to be trimmed. The fire pit is cinder blocks stacked in a square with some cinder blocks holding up planks of wood to sit around. Not our cup of tea we would have preferred Adirondack chairs to sit around so we did not get to use the fire pit. You have to be warned there are a ton of chickens at the house behind this house. If you sleep in the back bedroom to the right you are going to hear the Rooster ALL night long the rooster crows every hour all night long. Other than that it was a delightful stay. Everything that you could need.
