Bring the whole family to our newly furnished suite with lots of room for fun and comfort. Located in a very quiet neighborhood yet very convenient close to great groceries stores, restaurant, parks and many others.

The Space:
The suite consist of 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and 1 large room with a king size bed. There is one full and washrooms and Includes a kitchen which is fully equipped for all your cooking or baking needs.

There is is a dedicated internet line which is not shared with anyone else on the property.

Guest Access:
All guests have exclusive access to the 2 bedroom suite.

Each new guest will have an access code to enter the house which is only valid during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
The area is a quite residential area yet close proximity to good local restaurants and shopping at Kensington Square Shopping Centre.

The house is a 10 minute walk to Kensington Park where you can go for a run, pitch and putt, swimming, and skating.

You are also 10 minutes from Burnaby Mountain or SFU.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft is available along with taxi and a bus stop 5 minutes away. Closest bus stop is on Sperling St.

Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 7% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
2. Please respect the neighborhood as it's residences. DO NOT PARK in the cult-de-sac or you will be handed a parking violation.
