Some greats and some not so much..
I think this rental has a ton of potential. Jessica is very kind and responsive professional, and I shared this review ahead of time. But, for 2k per night, we were a bit dissatisfied with our stay for our family of 5 (M/F and 3 sons under 14). Hand towels, washcloths, coffee mugs, bed frames, and sufficient linens and pillows to accommodate all beds should be standard. Being told, “Apologies for the inconvenience” when essential items like hand towels, linens, and washcloths for showering were missing was more than just an inconvenience—it was a hindrance during our stay. Had we known these were not provided, we would have chosen different accommodations. Additionally:• The chronically inoperable fireplace was disappointing, especially when trying to enjoy a fire.• The water-damaged kitchen flooring is both unsightly and a safety hazard; we covered it with a rug while on the property.• The master bedroom, has no closet, and the mattress is old and worn, placed directly on the carpet. There simply aren' enough pillows. • There was a noticeable damp smell downstairs.That said, we did appreciate the fantastic location (4 minutes from gondola) in a very quaint village full of restaurants, wifi was exceptional once provided login, they have a wonderful hot tub and steam shower, and scenic view of a creek and nicely renovated bathrooms. The coffeemaker was excellent. While we did not cook at all, the appliances were super clean and newer. The property is cleaned well.
