Close to Rock Creek! - Updated cabin on 40 acres!
Hunters, fisherman, winter sport enthusiasts, families, or couples looking to get away...this well appointed cabin has something for everyone! The property includes 40 acres and for all you hunters out there, just minutes down the road is 5000± acres of huntable land. If fishing is more your style, you're just a 5 minute drive from Rock Creek. Flint Creek, Marshall Creek, & Georgetown Lake are just a few of the other fishing options in the area.
This 806 sq ft cabin was recently updated to include a brand new kitchen with all new appliances. The cabin features 1 bedroom with a queen bed and sleeping area in the loft with a king bed and futon. While best suited for 4 people, it could sleep 6. There's a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Other updates include a new wraparound deck to relax as you enjoy the peace and privacy during your stay. Everyone is sure to find something they enjoy in the area.
Things to note:
-There's no cell phone service in the area but there is Wifi at the cabin for making calls, streaming, and internet access.
-Guests have access to the cabin. The garage or outbuildings will not be accessible.
