This was a fantastic stay. We were in town for a conference at the Dayton Convention Center - we were able to walk every day to save on parking (about a 10 minute walk). The house is clean and in a safe and quiet area. It is also convenient to the highway to get to Fairborn or Beavercreek where there's every restaurant imaginable. We would definitely stay here again if/when we are back in town.
a roll away bed/cot would be a great addition, or sleeper chair, and larger trash can in kitchen if staying longer and cooking- otherwise cute place and will stay again if son goes to school nearby- thank you!
I had a wonderful visit! The property was very clean. I had a little bit of trouble finding the place in the dark, but I think that was just because I was tired would definitely recommend staying here!

This was a great place to stay. I only stopped in for the night on a work trip and wish I had more time to enjoy this little treasure.
We loved this location in the historic district and its proximity to restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend stay.
Friend and myself were came to Dayton the night before our board exams so we didnt have to drive in the morning and we had a very nice, quiet evening. Check in and out was easy and would stay again if ever in Dayton.
Stayed for three nights in the sweetest little neighborhood. The apartment was all we needed. Even though parking was on the street, we had no trouble parking in front of it. For two females on a girls trip, we felt safe the whole time.
If you need an affordable trip with tons of things to do, this is a great place to stay. Tons of great restaurants and activities all in walking distances. Clean and comfy for a night in too. Only con we experienced is an extremely soft mattress but that’s subjective and doesn’t affect ta perfect 10/10 rating.
