This home is just awesome and has so much personality!
The home is on an acre very close to the lake! 100yds!
So peaceful and quiet!
Gorgeous wrap around 2nd level porch give amazing views of the wildlife!
HUGE front yard!
Saucer swing (think tire swing but cooler)
Fire Pit with lots of seating!
Directly across from Lake Sam Rayburn with multiple entry areas!
We also have another home in this community that is lake front! This home may access the lake there for a more private access!
Great for all sorts of water play!
Home has a Hot Tub, Pool Table & Outdoor Games!!
Pool community pool is available from April-Oct! Pool key is at the home!
