Bring your boat and stay docked at this unique 4 bedroom 3 full bath canal front home. The house is laid out to entertain, handicap accessible, and sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. Enjoy summer nights on the spacious deck over the gas fire pit or cuddle up inside next to the fireplace on those chilly days. The property offers 3 docks, plenty of room to dock up to 5 midsize boats. Weather you're a family looking for a vacation or a avid fisherman/duck hunter this house will satisfy the needs.

The space
The main floor consists of master bedroom with king bed and full. 2nd bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twins. Washer, dryer, 2nd full bath, fully furnished kitchen, and living room are on the main floor. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a king bed with baby crib. The 4th bedroom has a full and queen bed. Also there is a full bath on this floor as well. The basement is finished with a bar, office area, and futon. The basement walks out into the garage/game room which is insulated and heated. Garage has a built in handicap ramp that leads to main level. The house sits on 300ft of canal frontage and has 3 docks to park boats. Full fish cleaning station, massive deck with natural gas fire pit, wood burning pit and sand area, screened in porch with propane grill. 18kw back up generator so your vacation doesn't get ruined by a storm. The house is perfect for boaters, fisherman, and duck hunters. Within minutes you can be on Wildfowl Bay.

Beautiful place located on the canal. The game room was a perfect way to keep our teens happy during a winter trip. Lots of room and a beautiful place!

This house is amazing! Will definitely stay here again. It is lovely! Enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace. The kitchen had everything we needed. The restaurants nearby were great also.

The home is very well decorated and clean. The area is nice and the drive during peak autumn color season was great. The home would make a great place for a large family outing.

Beds were comfy, main shower was awesome. Upstairs shower took a while to heat up - plan ahead. Setting was like a resort - very nice!

Exceptional home away from home

The location is perfect in a peaceful neighborhood. You immediately know that this house is someone's home because of each meticulous, loving detail. Communication with Kyle was immediate and accommodating. Spending the day outside on the deck is like a vacation itself. When we come back to Michigan, we will absolutely be returning to the Donath home. Thank you!

The property was well maintained with plenty of space for all of us. The kids had activities and the adults enjoyed the expansive deck options for chatting. This property is a great place for family to gather and even better if you have your own boat!

Beautiful home and area!

So many great things about this home! The size of it fit all of us, the outdoor area, patio, yard, fish cleaning station a plus! We saw so much wildlife, deer everywhere! Kyle was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Easy access to Lake Huron through the canal. My husband and son caught several walleye and other fish. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fishing Weekend

This was a wonderful property for a comfortable week's stay. The location on the water was perfect for the needs of our group. We had several guests over the age of 70. This made getting in and out of boats easier. Well done. We will come back again.

Roomy and inviting

We had a great stay at this property with 2 other couples. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. We all walked in and were wowed! Decorating was very nice and the property was very clean inside and out. We really wanted to enjoy the outside area but the weather was a little chilly. The pool table was used a lot and it was nice with a fridge in the garage so we could have easy access to drinks in the game area. We made several meals at the house and most cooking supplies were on hand. A couple things we should have brought was cooking spray and tinfoil. We would not hesitate to stay hear again!

Best Rental Home

For the past 10 years a group of us have a girls weekend getaway and rent various homes. This house was the BEST we have stayed at - clean, well kept, very updated. Had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. That kitchen table was amazing-beautiful! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to see you again next year!

Highly Recommend This Property

We were really happy with our stay here. We chose this property because it has a wheelchair ramp to the main floor, so that really suited our needs. The house is very beautiful, well stocked, and clean. The rules and checkout expectations were clear and extremely reasonable. I loved watching the deer in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful December Long Weekend

The house is wonderful. I travel often and stay at many rentals, this house was perfect. We were lucky with nice weather and able to enjoy the outside as well, beautiful stargazing at night. The house has everything you can want from relaxing by the fire to enjoying the many games in the heated garage. I love the location, lots to see and do in the area. We definitely plan on returning. We had a family group of 9. We had plenty of room and bed availability was perfect! A very clean property and well maintained. The hosts were very responsive to the minor questions we had. Beautiful Waterfront Home

Lots of space to relax and have fun. Bedrooms are very nice and beds are very comfortable. Our visit was if February so we really enjoyed the game room/ garage. We would like to make a return visit in the summer to enjoy the outside spaces and water. Highly recommend.

After making the decision to move closer to family, we just could not bring ourselves to sell our home here in Caseville. We decided to list our house as a vacation rental to give others the opportunity to enjoy this home as much as we have over the years.

While we may not be just around the corner, we are just an hour away. We are extremely hands-on and ALWAYS available. We have put our heart and soul into this home, and could not imagine a better way to share the joy and memories that it has given to us.
