Beautiful lakefront, poolside townhouse in sunny Osoyoos.

This townhouse is immaculate, enjoy all the comforts of home in this fully furnished and tastefully decorated town home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, blenders, toaster oven and more. All 3 bedrooms have queen sized pillow top mattresses, 32 inch LCD and DVD in master bedroom, The two guest bedrooms have 19 inch LCD TV's and DVD players, also a 42 inch LCD Tv, stereo and DVD player and fireplace in the living room. This townhouse features hardwood floors, granite counter tops, washer, dryer, water softener and reverse osmosis. This unit is air conditioned, has a BBQ on the deck, 2 full bathrooms downstairs and a 1/2 bathroom upstairs. Upstairs deck has a spectacular view of the lake and mountains and a comfortable patio set for enjoying a glass of wine at night while taking in the spectacular view. Master bedroom patio is poolside with pub style table and chairs. Pool area is equipped with hot tub and fitness center. Private lounging dock with safe swimming area and a public sandy beach adjacent to complex. This unit is a short drive to award winning wineries and world class golf courses

Boat slip is available upon request. I am offering GREAT deals for golfers and wine enthusiasts for the month of May,June and September. We are now taking reservations. Thank you to all the wonderful families that have been returning guests for the last 10 years, we appreciate being able to rent to such great people. We rent Saturday to Saturday during July and August. Snowbirds are welcomed and it is a great place to spend the winter with all kinds of activities to enjoy in town!! Great location

We really enjoyed the location of this property being across the street from the water with a private dock, and we liked that it has a pool - my little one enjoyed it. The property owner was attentive and accommodating during our stay when we required support. The gym is not really a "gym" so just beware of that - it has a couple of weights and 1 of the 3 machines was out of order.

Lovely property but needed cleaning properly

The property was well-maintained, shared good facilities (pool and hot tub, though the latter was not working) and in an excellent lakefront location. There was a slight problem with access when we arrived in the evening as the code didn't work. However, once contacted, the owner quickly rectified. More of an issue was the complete absence of toilet paper in any of the 3 bathrooms which necessitated a late evening drive to a convenience store as the supermarkets were closed. Other issues were that the property had not been cleaned properly and beds were not made up, a first in our experience.

Central location and great view

Nice location not the cleanest

The property needs some maintenance. Silicone around shower black mold, the ac is located by master bedroom, when it reached temp and shut down it made screeching noises that would wake up the deepest sleeper. BBQ tank was empty. Floors were sticky we had to clean with a dish towel. It needs a good dusting, lamp shape beside bed was grey with dust when in-fact it was black. We got to check in a hour early but spent that time and more cleaning. Location is nice but being right by the pool makes it extremely loud and with the hallway above makes it loud with people running back and forth.

Excellent location with a great view

This was our second stay at this property and we will return again! Amazing lake view, pool on site, and super easy lake access which was great for paddle boarding and close to town, you can walk or bike everywhere. Property is spacious and beds are comfy. Great value.

Enjoyable stay

Great location, good value for booking, beautiful landscaping, lovely view from upper deck, and responsive hosts. Spacious townhouse, well designed with colourful southwestern decor. Really appreciate the fact that this townhouse and the Lakeview Villas property are pet friendly.

Great location

This is the first time we have stayed on this side of the bridge and thankfully, it was a good idea! With the immense heat this past week, this side was slightly cooler and calmer which was a pleasant surprise. Price was great for this condo and location was fantastic! Pros: -fantastic location -priced well -love that it gets afternoon sun meaning you can sit on the patio with a lake view and not be too hot -3 bedrooms was fantastic and the townhouse was well laid out and well furnished -view of the pool was great as well as access through the master bedroom -well stocked in the kitchen including plastic cups and bowls -comfy beds and furniture Cons: -dishwasher only cleaned part of the dishes…some didn’t even look like the water touched it. We ended up hand washing all the dishes -toaster oven was finicky and turned off and on while cooking -coffee maker takes over half an hour to brew a pot -boat slip has only 2 cleats making it difficult to tie the boat and prevent it from hitting the dock. Some had 3. Thankfully no one was parked beside us so we were able to get crafty with the other back cleat. As boats go flying by the buoys as well as into the tie up area, the waves can be quite strong -master bedroom was sooooo cold from the air conditioning. If we turned it up, the other rooms got too hot. Also super noisy in there but that seemed to work well for hubby for the white noise -my son didn’t like that the pool only went to 4’ meaning he couldn’t cannonball in -hot tub jets were aimed up and only 2 worked properly -uncomfortable pool loungers All in all, the place was great even with the cons. As long as we made use of the lake instead of the pool, the kids were happy. What we needed was a clean, nice place to stay at in a fantastic location and this place delivered! If we come back to this side of the lake again, we will for sure be back!

Great location, comfy beds and full of amenities.

We had a great stay as two families of four. Plenty of room for us all. The on-site pool and direct lake access was excellent. And the view was spectacular, especially the sunsets! The unit was well stocked and we all appreciated the very comfy beds. Megan was quick to respond to our questions. We look forward to returning again.

Great unit and location but lacked on supplies?

"Did we enjoy our stay?" Yes...but.... We were told that on our day of check-out we were expected to wash all the bed sheets, dry and fold them. Not only do I think this should be included in the cleaning fee we paid, but I don't think you can assume/trust that the guest before us cleaned them properly. I don't even think that 'ask' of guests should be allowed under VRBO rules! I completely understand starting a load of towels and taking out the garbage out when we leave. the dishwasher had dishes in it when we arrived and the dryer had towels and dish cloths in it. These were clean but left for us to put away. there were no garbage bags. We had to get in touch with the host who gave us the 'code' to the supply room but there were no garbage bags there either. we had barely enough TP! no dishwasher soap The unit was very nice and in a great location but the above issues left us feeling like it could have been better. I appreciate you taking our comments into consideration.

Great family vacation spot!

Townhouse had a ton of space for our family and all that we needed to enjoy our time away from home. Was decorated to make you feel like you were really away on vacation. Beautiful views of the lake and great areas to walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family has been going to Osoyoos for 20 years and our kids have grown up playing on the beach water skiing and wake boarding since they were little. When the campsite we had been at for many years closed down we knew we had to buy a place of our own. We still enjoy everything Osoyoos has to offer and we want to share the experience with you.

What makes this property unique

Our townhouse is located directly across from Osoyoos lake. There is access to boat and sea-doo rentals nearby and is only a 15 minute walk into town with all recreational activities and tourist attractions close by. A short drive to many beautiful winery's and golf courses.
