This condo is directly across the street from Rouses Market, a local grocer with a huge hot bar and deli for grab on the go meals. Forget something? Immediately to the right of Rouses is a Publix and immediately to the left is a Walmart. Hungry? You'll be hard pressed to find better food anywhere. The number and variety of LOCAL restaurants is exhaustive. We've got a list of some of our favorites in the unit! And, we are only a couple of hundred yards away from COAST-AL, Orange Beach's newest dining, shopping and entertainment complex.
When you arrive, park in our private, gated parking lot. Once inside the unit, you will be welcomed by the cool, white-washed wood look leading into the large, open living area. The spacious living area contains a 65" Samsung LED HDTV with Blue Ray Disc and DVD, as well as, a 220W sound system with a 5-Disc CD player, dual cassette tapes, and am/fm radio. HDTV with all popular channels is provided. The huge, sliding, glass doors provide endless views of the beach. The pictures of this immaculate area speak for themselves.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Stainless Steel refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave oven, oven/stove, toaster, blender, two coffeemakers (Kuerig and traditional drip), mixer, and a raised bar with three bar stools. A dining area with table and 6 chairs is adjacent to the kitchen. All kitchen utensils and dishware are supplied.
Bedroom One contains a queen-sized bed, dresser, night-stand, 32" LED HDTV, DVD, and am/fm clock radio/alarm. A sliding glass door leads to a private balcony. Slide the curtains back and watch the sunrise from bed! With two closets in this room, there is always plenty of closet space.
Bedroom Two contains a queen-sized bed, dresser, night-stand, 32" LED HDTV, DVD, and am/fm clock radio/alarm. The large closet provides plenty of space. This bedroom has a private entry into the hall bathroom.
The Master Bedroom, with walk-in closet, contains a king-size bed, night stand, dresser, 42" Samsung LED HDTV with DVD, additional USB outlets for re-charging your phone, tablets and other personal devices; and an AM/FM clock radio/alarm. The master bath features a garden tub of cultured marble and his and hers sinks. The master bedroom overlooks the Gulf.
The large laundry room contains a full-size stacked washer and dryer, as well as, an additional storage area. A full-size iron and ironing board are also provided.

RENTAL AGREEMENT – this must be signed to receive your Check-In information
AGE RESTRICTION – You must be 25 years old or older to rent and that individual must be staying in the unit for the duration of the stay. This policy is strictly enforced with a No Refund policy for individuals trying to rent the unit for someone else.
PETS - Absolutely no pets are allowed in the building
SMOKING – Absolutely NO smoking, vaping, etc inside the unit or on the balcony.
TOILETRIES/PAPER PRODUCTS – the unit is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products. For the kitchen this set includes two rolls of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, two dishwasher pods, and three can liners for the trash can. The bathrooms each have one travel size hand soap and body soap, two rolls of toilet tissue and one trash can liner. Please bring extras as needed or grab them across the street at Rouses.
