If your destination is “MAIN STREET” this professionally furnished and decorated 3200 sq. ft. townhome is for YOU! Why be “CLOSE TO MAIN STREET” when you can be “ON MAIN STREET”? You will have the convenience of staying right on Main Street in the heart of Historic Park City. This modern-mountain contemporary townhome, with high-end luxury finishes, has an open living area with a large, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, large island that seats four, dining table that seats ten, and bistro table that seats two. Plenty of room to wine and dine! Unfortunately, we do not allow animals in our home. So, please make alternate arrangements for them.
Bedrooms:
There are three large bedroom suites with en suite bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs on the main level is a “flex” room on the that can be used as a bedroom (two sleeper sofas) or a movie room with a three-quarter bathroom just off the hallway. The laundry room is conveniently located on the second floor.
Outside living:
There are two balconies facing Main Street. One balcony has a hot tub and the other has outdoor seating perfect for watching parades and other festivities. No need to worry about where to park on Main Street because you have two FREE covered reserved parking garage spaces with elevator access to the unit. There is also direct entry to the townhome off Main Street. Just walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Enjoy Sundance Film Festival, Arts Festivals, biking, and hiking! The Old Town Trolley runs FARE-FREE to Old Town Lift. Park City’s Free Shuttle service makes frequent stops at various town locations. Check parkcity.org for changes in schedule. We do not guarantee shuttle services.

Important notes:
-The two parking spaces park two mid-sized vehicles. If you drive a large SUV the second car needs to be smaller as it would be a very tight fit.
-The house will be supplied with the following complimentary items: hand soap in each bath, a set of travel sized shampoo/conditioner/soap, 2 sets of paper towels per kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, trash bags, dish soap, one kitchen sponge, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest. We also may have a few spices, baggies and aluminum foil for your use but not guaranteed. The home is supplied with basic house keeping needs.
-Please do not have packages delivered to this address before or after you arrive. We cannot guarantee acceptance of any package for you.
-Trash from the unit goes in the trash bins in the community parking garage.
-This condo is cleaned/disinfected after every stay.
-The house manager also functions as a great resource for grocery delivery, and other activities.
-No dirty dishes allowed left in sink or condo, please rinse, place in dishwasher and run. No furniture moved, dirty towels are to be placed in laundry room. Garbage must be taken down to garage trash can area. Faliure to do so may result in additional charges.
4 night minimum stay preferred
SUNDANCE/DEC/JAN: Minimum 5 nights subject to change. If any rules are broken it is considered a breach of contract and the guest agrees to forfeit any deposit in its entirety to owner. Renter will also be responsible for paying for any damage and additional cleaning fees.
