This contemporary room in the center of town features a king size bed with 800+ thread count sheets & down comforter, flat screen television, gas fireplace, walk-in dual head shower, view of downtown Saugatuck and large bay window for additional sunlight. This second floor room also provides daily housekeeping as well as complimentary sample Aveda toiletries, in-room coffee, tea, bottled water, breakfast muffins & biscotti and private parking. The suites at Bella Vita are all non-smoking and do not permit children under the age of 16 or pets. Thank you for your cooperation.

Great little weekend

We loved our weekend stay in Saugatuck. This property is cozy for our winter weekend and I loved the aesthetic of vaulted ceilings and wood floors. Very clean and comfortable. We loved being walkable distance to all shops and restaurants.

Great location in the heart of Saugatuck!

We enjoyed our stay in this unique unit. We walked out the door and found multiple restaurants and shopping options nearby. We were able to check in early which was nice! Early November was a good time to visit because nothing was too crowded and most things were open. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Anniversary weekend

Great location, right in the heart of town. Communication with the property owners was timely and helpful, and the call to let us know when our suite was available for check in was a lovely touch. We were there in the off season and it was still a great convenience to have a reserved parking spot. The room itself is exactly as described; the high ceilings in the upper floor really add a feeling of luxury!

Girls weekend

Had a great time in Saugatuck with my best friend and this place was the perfect location! Right downtown, walking distance to nearly everything and just a short drive to the beach on Lake Michigan! Will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Great weekend escape!

Perfect location. Felt clean and comfortable bed. Loved listening to live music from the window but quiet once you closed the window to sleep at night. Could walk everywhere which was a plus. Would stay there again. Note there are no beach towels which was mentioned in the info sent so request them ahead of time if you are planning to hit the beach.

Perfect get away for 2 adults-center of everything!

Everything was just as the listing stated, and then some. Location was perfect, parking included & we walked to all of the nearby shop’s & restaurants on the Main Street. We were impressed with all the little conveniences that we needed (Keurig coffee, tea, bottled waters, breakfast muffins/snacks) were there when we arrived PLUS they were restocked each day of our stay! We would def stay here again.

Perfect!!

We loved everything about our stay here. From the modern room, comfy bed and linens, to the awesome location that includes parking. We couldn’t have asked for more. Kevin, the manager was very nice and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. House keeping made surd we had enough towels and toiletries, and the biscotti and muffins were an nice added bonus as well. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

First Time Renting a VRBO Property Unit

It was a pleasure staying at this property. It’s located right in the shops area so everything is walking distance. Check-in was a breeze and the staff and main contact was easily accessible and quick to respond. The room was super cute and has everything you need, fridge, microwave, dishware, utensils and coffee maker. My suggestion is to make sure that the towel and robe replacements does not have any stains on them and cleaning the clump of dust on the air vent in the bathroom ceiling. I have bad allergies so it was something I noticed. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Nearly perfect stop during a tough pandemic travel period

The Suite we stayed in at BellaVista was great. Kevin was very helpful in accommodating a booking error on my part and even gave us a bit of a room upgrade as it was available. The room was great, we found two cute places with outdoor dining available (indoor had just been shut down due to COVID) and the surrounding area was very cute. Only downside was a very early garbage day (3:45am!!!) that was rather noisy outside and woke us up, though I can't blame that on the property per se.
