When you book this second-floor vacation rental, you and your friends will be granted access to a variety of Jetty East amenities, including a community heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. There are also shuffleboard, tennis, and pickleball courts on-site, so you’ll have plenty of activities to keep you entertained.

Enjoy the convenience of having a sunny balcony with direct Gulf and beach views - being on the second floor has its perks! This is the ideal spot for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail or mocktail. The air-conditioned interior boasts an inviting living area with a sofa bed and a TV with cable. The well-equipped, full kitchen comes complete with all stainless steel appliances, which will surely help you prepare the most delicious meals and beach snacks for the group. A dishwasher is included for quick post-meal clean ups. The breakfast bar seats up to two people comfortably while the nearby small dining table has enough space for two more. The private bedroom has a comfortable bed and a second TV.

mini vacation
My daughter and I stayed here for a mini vacation. Overall the place was great and had everything we needed. We loved how close we were to the beach. The place was clean and very quiet. Our only complaint was we were sent a message that we could check in early so we went grocery shopping and arrived around 3 and could not get in until 4. Luckily our groceries were ok but if it had been summer time it would have been a different outcome.

Lovely space—unbeatable view
Was overall a pleasant unit—our only complaint is there were no blankets in the unit whatsoever so we had to use beach towels for additional cover at night. Additionally the coffee pot was super cheap and there were no extras whatsoever in terms of trash bags, toilet tissue etc. However we found the view and the area so pleasing that we didn’t mind the other inconveniences. This place is in the best part of Destin and beach access is the best there is ..would definitely recommend Jetty East and will be back!

Snowbirds for the month of February
We loved the location of Jetty East, the beach, the view, the heated pool and hot tub. Loved Destin! The restaurants and shopping is abundant. Booking through Vacasa was okay however Jetty East doesn’t allow you to participate in some of the activities that they have for the guests that book through Jetty EAST. Also they have towel and bedding exchange twice a week but we couldn’t do that because we were told Vacasa uses different bedding. So the Jetty staff were not to friendly to us. All and all we loved going to Florida in February and we may go back to Jetty East next year. The people are very friendly and met so many from Wisconsin and the mid west.

Property could use sone updates. Had to transfer to a different condo as a result of losing power to the living room and balcony areas. A total rewire was the only way to fix. Liked the location and the condo setup worked well for two of us. Had some other minor issues that did not impact our stay.

Needs updating
The condo served its purpose of providing shelter, but that’s about it. The entire thing needs updating. The Tvs were outdated and one tv didn’t even work. The furniture is broke down. There was sand everywhere in the condo. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The patio furniture was a bar height table with regular size chairs, so it wasn’t comfortable. Even though there were signs to exchange linens, this unit wasn’t included. The dryers on the 4th floor didn’t work and there are only 3 washers. The range is pulled out so far it blocks the fire extinguisher under the sink and made the kitchen feel even smaller. The lamps didn’t provide much light and bulbs were burnt out. The hair dryer in the master bath sounded like it was going to explode. The property was nice but I would not recommend or stay in this unit again.

Mother - daughter trip
The condo itself was very clean and the location to the beach was great. The lobby, stairwells, and hallways were not as nice (nothing bad, just not as nice as inside), but inside the condo was updated and clean with everything we needed! My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights and I would not have wanted 4 people in the condo, but you could defintiley make it work (assuming your family gets along well and doesn't need a ton of personal space). My daughter (13) and I enjoyed Henderson Beach (the public beach about 2 miles away) better than the one right outside the hotel, which was pretty narrow and had a steep entry into the water. It was still beautiful and plenty of people were enjoying it, but it was nice to be located close to another option as well. The gate entry people were nice - waved at you coming and going. The code entry door was simple and code provided to us on time. The location was close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores (anything you'd need). It was located on a road where a lot of poeple jogged and walked (which was nice because the beach was not a great place to exercise). We would stay there again.
