Located 11 miles from Walt Disney World Resort and 20 miles from Universal Studios, this spacious five-bedroom townhome is great for families and groups looking for the perfect home away from home. Take advantage of the secluded screened lanai with a private outdoor pool and a propane grill to enjoy the Florida sun. Inside, this home features an open-concept living area that is perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. Get comfy on the sectional sofa and stream your favorite movies or series on the large smart TV. The open kitchen is well-equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and a sparkling two-person center island. The entire main living space is on the first floor along with one private bedroom, equipped with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. The rest of the bedrooms are located upstairs. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on-site, high-speed WiFi, and central AC. Guests will have free access to the clubhouse where they'll find a gym, mini putt-putt golf, a pool, and a kids' play area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Wonderful vacation

As expected and as seen in the pictures. All was perfect and relaxing. This is a beautiful home with everything to make you comfortable and feel like home. We will definitely add this one in our list of 'best places' for future vacations again. Thanks to the owner which is very polite and responded quickly to our questions.

Relaxing

We had very relaxing vacation in this place. Was comfortable, clean and felt like home. Would have stayed longer. Pool is very nice, a bit expensive to heat but I understand the gas has to be paid for, but worth it because we had it heated up to 100 degrees. Very relaxing after a whole day walking in Disney parks which are only 2 exits away. Will definitely come back again, this is a gem. Thanks

Nice and clean

We loved our stay. The place was nice, quiet and clean. We felt like home and will definitely come again. There is sometimes traffic on I-4 due to people coming in and out of the parks during peak hours but it affects everyone all around Disney wherever you stay because the traffic is generated at the park entries and exits so I guess it does not depend where you stay since everyone needs to go through the same path. Overall this place is really a 5 stars. Thanks.
