Beautifully situated on the 13th hole of the Canyons Golf Course in Park City, this two-story condo boasts remarkable balcony views of the morning sunrise, the manicured golf course, and the mountain ridges in the distance.

This home is part of the Red Pine Condominiums, a golf-course-front property with a great location half a mile from the heart of Canyons Village. Stroll a quarter-mile to the Cabriolet Lift (ski lift), take morning walks on the trail below your balcony, or hop on board the Park City public shuttle bus to get around Park City with ease. During the Winter, a seasonal ski shuttle bus stops at the clubhouse and services most destinations in and around the Park City area as well.

Back at home after a day of adventure, you'll have access to the Red Pine Clubhouse with its outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, horseshoes, and tennis, pickleball, and sand volleyball courts. During the Summer, there are three outdoor pools which include a heated family pool, a heated children's pool, and a deeper pool for adults. During the Winter, the children's pool and the deeper pool are closed leaving the family pool still open. (Please note that the Clubhouse is closed from April 15th to Memorial Day and then from Labor Day to Thanksgiving weekend.)

Inside, be greeted by a two-story interior where large windows fill the space with light. Spend summer days barbecuing on the balcony and winter evenings curled up by the gas fireplace with a favorite movie streaming on TV. There's a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining space, and a laundry nook with a washer/dryer. When it's time to turn in, find a bedroom suite with a smart TV on the main floor and two sleeping spaces upstairs - a bedroom with a smart TV and a cozy, attached bunk room.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean and quiet
Perfect place for our week long ski trip. Close to Cabriolet lift, though we didn't walk there with skies/boots. Kitchen is a bit tight even for 2 people cooking there together.

Red Pine Condos Unit Q8
Highly recommend this rental. perfect for ski trip close to the cabriolet and easy access to the Canyons Resort. the unit is clean cozy and sleeps comfortably. Water pressure and hear were prime and the direct vent fireplace was perfect for after a long day riding. A++ John M on Q8 ❤️

Good location, fair price, roomy condo
This condo was a fair deal for the price. The location was excellent - walkable to the Cabriolet lift in the morning (or use the free concierge shuttle) and you could ski to within a 1/4 mile of the condo and walk back. Everything was as represented on the website. Condo was close to the pool and hot tub complex as well (be aware - no alcohol at the pool / hot tub).

Spacious, clean, convenient Park City condo
We enjoyed our stay in Park City at this condo! Upon arrival, it was clean and spacious. We had plenty of room. The only issue we had was eventually resolved, but in my opinion took a unnecessarily lengthy amount of time over many texts. The unit was showing as 59 degrees when we arrived and no adjusting the thermostat helped. Texts were slow and not helpful, as the agent kept asking for pictures, emailing... with the end result being the gas fireplace did not work and several hours later finding out the thermostats that DID work were HIDDEN behind a picture! Also set at 50. I felt this was kinda rude and ridiculous, as they knew guests were coming. It would also be helpful to have a welcome book of sorts to explain things in the condo such as this, but also elaborate on pool locations, etc, since the agent texting did not give a location other than to keep saying passes were in the condo. In the end, was minor inconveniences - after we warmed up - but they could make it easier on guests. Limited cookware (scratched up Teflon). But overall we did enjoy our stay. The pool was nice, and a short walk. Convenient to the lift and ski shops, as well as restaurants and stores. Check out duties were minimal.

Great place to stay with a great location!
This home is lovely for a weekend getaway or a longer stay as it has all the amenities you need! Everything is in great shape, and there's lots of space for families to come and enjoy the space. It's located very close to a lift for those who like winter sports, and it's a short drive to main street if you want to visit all of the shops and restaurants! We loved our stay here, and we would 100% come back and stay again!

great place with a few maintenance issues
There were a couple of maintenance annoyances. The drain on the washing machine was plugged with change and bobby pins (which I cleared) but there was some problem that no matter what cycle you chose the water was boiling hot (could not get a cold water cycle). It should be checked out. All of the lights were switched to LED's but the dimmers in the house are not LED compatible so they were either on 100%, off, or flashing, and the bulbs were kind of uncomfortably bright at 100% illumination. It was not clear that the baseboard heater in the bedroom was inoperative (no sign of a temperature control) and that the space heater had to be used. It is beautiful, quiet and well furnished and kept unit, just a few things that are easily corrected.

This is a great place for the price and a good location. The Canyons shuttle app is fantastic for getting around. A little dated, but 5-stars with the price.

Feels like home (but nicer!)
Staying here makes me feel so comfortable and at home, but if I were 10x richer! Everything is so nice while still comfortable and usable. I could live here for 7 years happily!
