Serenity Point offers its guests a swimming pool and private beach access. It is conveniently located a short distance to the Karen Beasley Turtle Hospital, fishing pier, shopping, and dining. Join a Topsail Beach tradition and visit the Beach Shop and Grill for a hamburger or beach dog. It will be an unforgettable experience. The kids will enjoy the close proximity to the Patio Playground for miniature golf and arcade games.

The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Quiet time at Serenity Point

This is a very nice little place. Too many steps for me, but I love the furnishings and especially the bed in the master bedroom! It's a short walk to the beach and it was perfect for my husband. He likes to walk. We'll be back, I'm sure.

Quiet, relaxed special modern townhome

Totally updated with newer hardwood floors throughout and comfortable furniture including porch furniture and sun umbrella. the location was on the ocean side half way between the sound and sea with a nature preserve behind the townhome for privacy.

Great place to relax

Since the house is located at the southern tip of the island it has some wonderful advantages. There is virtually no traffic and what is there is at a much slower pace. The walk around the southern tip makes for a pleasant hike away from any crowds. Although there are only a few people on the beach. If you’re for a quiet relaxing retreat this could be your place.

perfect getaway spot

We love everything about Best Day Ever. Its close proximity to the pool and beach access. The light and airy interiors, comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked and we love the choice of coffee makers. Vacasa deserves an A++ as well for the nifty welcome package, towels and little extras! Thank you for the wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.
