Serenity and Style! Located in Historic Midtown Mobile in the Leinkauf Neighborhood. Quiet 1 Bedroom (part of a duplex). Private entrance that feels like you are entering a secret escape. Sit on the porch and sip or walk to Starbucks, Winn Dixie or the ABC Store. A few blocks from Guncles Bakery and the Historic Oakleigh Garden District. Large desk for working, fluffy towels for the bath and a comfy Queen mattress. Washer and dryer in the unit.

very nice location, but not the best
This listing is literally placed in the best area in Mobile, Alabama. The space was very inviting yet, we were faced with a very strong cat odor/urine smell that we had to get out before we even unpacked. The cleanliness of this space was not the best. I hope that in the near future maybe a professional cleaner properly deep clean this listing. other than that, it was an OK stay.

Charming unit in historic Mobile
Adorable duplex unit. Nicely appointed. Quiet neighborhood. Had THE MOST COMFORTABLE bed. Best sleep I’ve had in months when traveling for work. Host is great at communicating with his tenants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay right off of Downtown
Really enjoyed my stay at this property, was close enough that I could take a short drive downtown but far enough away that it felt like a different area. The property is very well maintained with clear instructions on how everything works. Parking was well lit and felt safe throughout the stay . There is a tenant staying in the other side of the property but was not an issue. I would absolutely stay again.

We came to Mobile for Rock the Country and chose this place based on reviews and location. We were not disappointed. Check-in and check-out were easy, the house was very clean, and everything we needed was provided. We highly recommend this property if you're visiting Mobile!

Cozy Spot Close to Downtown Mobile
Had a great Mardi Gras weekend on Tuttle Ave. Very clean; cute decor; within walking distance to parade route. Ate some great food (Moe’s BBQ, Ashford Pub, Callaghan's) and caught a lot of beads!

Perfect for a quick trip
Property was exactly as listed. Very quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a quick trip, but want to come back and explore more of the area. Murphy was a great host, and provided lots of information prior to our arrival.

Great place for couples with or without fur babies!
The home was nice! You have a fenced area to park with the occupants of the other unit. Some towels, hangers, and an extra blanket were provided. Tide pods, dish soap, and some hygiene supplies were provided as well, we didn’t use the hygiene products though. The home does have some quirks, which is to be expected since it’s an older home. The biggest quirks are that the floor is uneven and the shower is not great. You essentially have two temperatures really cold or really hot. There isn’t a warm option. I let the hot run for a few minutes seeing if it would cool down, it didn’t so I eventually switched it to cold and it was some warmer. I gave cleanliness 4 stars because there were a lot of spiders and spider webs. There were a few other bugs as well. It’s a good, cute place to stay if you’re single, a couple, and if you do or don’t have fur babies!

This was a wonderful quite cozy hide away. Although its a one bedroom it feels so much bigger. We will stay at this property whenever we visit Mobile.

This was a lovely property that we enjoyed. The only thing I might suggest is adding the house number/letter to the back door. Directions take the guest to the back door, and it was completely unlabeled.
