Reviews are meant to help improve service

Just repeating issues from previous renters, which haven't been addressed/rectified; but were given lip service responses that they would be taken care of. Examples include: code did not work, had to text to get code to lock box hung on rail. Refrigerator was in working condition, but looked like it was salvaged from a garage sale, and was disgustingly rusted. WiFi was a joke.

It’s a nice view and great beach access with stairs and elevators. Not particularly clean, but not visibly dirty either.  There’s visible dust on hard to reach places. Needs a few furniture and appliance upgrades to be the kind of place to recommend or to want to revisit but overall it’s a decent price for the stay accommodations.

Nice view but badly needs to be updated!!

The code to the door was a 10 digit code and never worked. Had to end up getting a key. It took us several frustrating minutes to get into the condo. The place is very out dated and the refrigerator was very old and rusted (literally rusty). It looked like it had been sitting outside for several years. Although we loved walking into a freshly clean room the smell of bleach was extremely strong and lasted the whole week we were there. The balcony view of the pool and beach were great. St. Regis resort is very nice and had several amenities. Overall I would stay at St. Regis but not at this particular condo.

Condo needs upgraded

Pros-beautiful view of the ocean, close to the pool, nicely decorated. Cons-floor was very dirty (made my feet black) & even after the cleaning service came & mopped it again it was still dirty. Needs a deep cleaning. Shower drain was clogged with hair. They sent someone a couple of days later to unclog. Refrigerator was not working & we had to put everything in the freezer until they fixed it. Also several days after arrival. It’s rusty & definitely needs replaced. Overall the condo needs a complete upgrade.

St. Regis North Top Sail

Everything was great! We The property was situated perfectly. The views beautiful. The only thing that I thought was inconvenient was that there is only one amenity card. We had 4 adults in our group. My husband and I wanted to use the gym (card needed). My son and his girlfriend the pool (card needed). We had to wait on them to get ready. Let them in pool and then head to gym. That’s just not ideal.

Great place!!

This was an awesome condo and would stay again. The views and safety was great. I allowed my 2 teenagers to go where they wanted with little worry. I know things happen, so only complaint was one of elevators not working.
