This professionally-decorated oceanfront duplex villa has all the most sought-after amenities vacationers search for. An elevator reaching all three floors makes easy work of bringing in all the groceries and luggage.

A private hot tub on the deck is a lovely spot to let the bubbling jets work their magic as any stress melts away. The cool evening air will feel wonderful as you listen to the waves crashing just a few feet away. Oceanfront decks on each of the three levels will allow everyone in your party to find their special spot in the sun, as they take in those unobstructed ocean views. The community pool is shared by just six properties and is conveniently right in front of your home.

From the first glimpse, you will appreciate the stylish touches apparent in each part of the villa. The living area boasts furnishings in the tranquil hues of the ocean accompanied by shabby-chic decor. A TV beckons the family to gather around for movie night.

A spacious fully-equipped kitchen is a delight, with its tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a center island. It's the ideal spot to socialize with the chef, as they prepare a culinary masterpiece. The adjacent formal dining space features a farmhouse table, in front of a French door leading to the oceanfront deck. Sunlight streams in from another full wall of windows.

Serene Week

We really enjoyed our stay. Once we were able to access the home (had some code issues), it was great. The elevator was helpful for those with mobility issues in our group. Nice parking for our three vehicles. We loved the wide beach - the tide can be troublesome in some parts of North Topsail but not here. Hope to return sometime soon.

Needs some updating

This is our second year in a row staying here. While we love it, there definitely needs to be some repairs made because these same issues were there last year as well. I will start by saying the condo was clean when we arrived. Please get a new coffee maker as the one there leaks terribly. The floors are peeling up and one of our family members stubbed their toe which resulted in a cut to their foot. Also the dishwasher did not work and the drawers in the refrigerator are cracked and broken. Despite these issues we really enjoyed our stay.

Short stay

Lock system is very slow and rusted, made us a little uneasy about trying to get back in. Prior renters did not take care of trash. Small issues, support center very quick to respond. Property nicely located away from the action. Views are amazing saw dolphins our first days there. Some outside up keep is definitely needed.

This home is just “ok”.

I wouldn’t recommend this home to anyone that is particular at all about the quality of their rental. The property is not maintained to a high standard. There is duct tape holding pieces of laminate floor together, exterior door knobs are being held together with tape, one main door was falling off the hinges and we had to request it be repaired, stains and cracks visible in ceilings from prior water damage, lights and fans flickered and inconsistently came on and off, spider webs in corners filled with dead bugs, tv remotes with no batteries….the list goes on. Has potential to be a good rental if there was more attention to detail. Location is great.

The house was overall clean and tidy with ample equipment provided (dishes, pots, pan, etc). There was beach access and ample parking. The location was good, close to the Seaview pier. Wifi worked well. There were a few lights the appeared to be nonfunctional, or at least we were unable to find the correct switches to make them function. There were only two real problems, one was the elevator quit working and we had to call maintenance, the other was that there was a slight infestation of ants in the 3rd story master.

Loved the Beach, Not the House

This was my family’s sixth summer vacation to this beach. We love the location, but this particular rental wasn’t what we had hoped it would be. The pictures posted did not reflect the actual condition of the home. The chairs were metal, brown banquet chairs, the flooring was duct taped together, there was water damage in the ceiling of the main living area, and some of the furniture/decor was broken and dirty. There were also a significant number of ants. We had to buy ant bait for all rooms. The bathrooms were particularly bad and I filled two liquid ant bait containers in the master alone. In the evenings there would be a stream of hundreds of ants coming from within the lower cabinet. It was pretty bad. All of that being said, my family still had fun. It’s still an house on the beach, and the pool and hot tub are a nice option. I wouldn’t stay at this particular rental again, but I would stay in a neighboring rental.

Great location-property could use some maintenance

The property is in a great location right on the beach with lovely views, a private hot tub and a community pool ( we didn’t use as we were there in the off season). The set up of the house worked well for two families to split it and the elevator was helpful for loading and unloading. The property however, could use some maintenance. The hot tub was unusable upon arrival. It needed to be fully drained and then come back up to full heat before use. As we were only there for a long weekend, this resulted in us only being able to use if for half of the time we were there. The dryer was not working and it was not fixed while we were there. Most of the bedrooms were missing the remotes for the ceiling fans/lights so they were unusable. The dining chairs were loose and need to be reglued/screwed. The kitchen was well stocked but with older very scratched and broken pots/pans and utensils. The cabinets were so full that it was hard to get one item out without everything else crashing out. The cabinets were dirty and we found one baking sheet covered in old bacon grease. Some of shower curtain liners were mildewed and needed replacing. There was clearly an ant problems as there are ant traps everywhere, even taped to the walls. We could not get the code to the door to work, only the elevator. Overall, this house has potential but REALLY needs some attention before we would consider staying there again.
