Poor raespons

Elevator was broken ( and had been for sometime) and was not notified until day of arrival preventing alternate plans. Sliding door was broken and would not open. Called to have it fixed and was told it could not be done. Upon departure was notified there was a a smell of smoke, I did not smoke in the condo.
