Spacious 2 bedrooms/2 Baths and had a renovated kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The living space is extended and has a spacious back deck porch overlooking one of 2 pools to relax with your morning coffee. The bedrooms are private suites with each having a bathroom. The main bedroom bath has a walk-in shower. Nice coastal furnishings and just a short walk to the beach. Steps from the large, heated pool and spa.. 24-hour secure gated mid-island community with 10 clay tennis, 2 pools, 2 racquetball courts, and playgrounds. Perfect for your rental vacation.

The nearest beach is Folly Field Beach with features rest rooms and a shower for getting the sand off.
The island contains many world class golf courses as well as countless local seafood restaurants, bike rentals to enjoy over 150 miles of biking trails. Many things are happening on the island at any given point of the year. There are lots of fireworks and other family-oriented events that occur during the summer months.

There are 50 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. Bike rentals and bike riding is very popular. There is a trolley that runs on the island during the summer and The Breeze bus public transportation stops in the neighborhood in addition to traveling by car.

Easy self-check in at the security gate and electronic lock on the door.

No parking fees at Fiddler's Cove. Any additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Beach Weekend

We enjoyed being right next to the pool, and it was an easy walk to the beach down a quiet street and through Fiddlers Cove's gated beach access. The condo was clean and well-maintained.

Great Stay! Definitely coming back.

The property was quite close to the beach and easily accessible. With a private boardwalk to the beach it made it a breeze to enjoy the sand. The host was super accommodating as well!

Great Place to Relax

My husband and I had a great time in Hilton Head. The property was very clean and convenient. We had plenty of space. We overlooked the lovely pool and were a very short walk to the beach. Shopping and dining were close by. The property managers were very quick in their communications and extremely helpful. It was a relaxing place to be.

Wonderful Condo in Perfect Location

Our family of four (two teen boys) enjoyed a perfect week at Fiddler’s Cove in this beautiful condo, which may be the best location in the entire resort. Nicely renovated and exceptionally convenient with washer/dryer in the unit. We loved the easy access to the pool and tennis courts as well as the huge balcony set in the treetop canopy. Short walk to the beach and five minutes to an incredible family golf deal at Port Royal. Couldn’t ask for more.

Get Away

Got together with some military buddies of mine for a weekend. It had been 2 1/2 years since we were together. Nice spot and all involved were very communicative and responded quickly! Great spot and will definitely stay again.

Vacation

We had a great time. Pool area was nice and clean. Very easy to get to the beach. Mary was wonderful, very responsive. When the hurricane was approaching, we would of had to drive all day in the storm. I called and asked about staying one more night and we were accommodated. The only things Iwould have changed, is a softer couch and bed pillows. The towels were very nice. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you

Nice condo, but need to be silent (no talking or moving around) at night

The condo itself was nice and the beach close by was great! Just be aware that the condo below apparently hears every single noise even when you are extremely quiet. We were made to feel like we could only whisper and not even walk from room to room at night.

Nice unit has everything you need. Basic furniture and decor meets your needs and feels perfectly comfortable. We chose the unit for the large deck and outdoor dining table. View of mossy oaks and the swimming pool made it even more enjoyable.

Family Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at Fiddler’s Cove. The condo was immaculate and very nicely furnished. We liked that it was so close to the large pool, but the only drawback was that the building was located far from the front gate. The walk to Folly Field Beach would have been too far for my four year old granddaughter so we drove the Driessen Beach Park which is right nearby and has ample parking and a great playground. Next time we will pack our beach wagon.

Perfect Location in Fiddler’s Cove

We have loved the Fiddler’s Cove community at Hilton Head for the past few years and 25F is the perfect location there in. Top floor means no one above you, the corner balcony is wide and surrounded by wonderful trees, and you are at the perfect spot next to the big pool with easy access to showers after the beach and a close gate to the Ghost Crab Way route to the beach. We have 4 kids and were happy with the layout and amenities. Glad to find they had beach chairs provided (though we came prepared with our own wagon) and clean linens for everyone. Will recommend to our friends and hope to be back.

Exactly as described!

Condo was nice and just as described. The large pool is very nice and heated, although not to a very high temp. Hot tub was out of order but in the process of being repaired. It's about a 2 block walk to the beach, but it's an enjoyable walk. Great communication from the hosts/management folks. There's not much within walking distance of the condos so you'll need a car or at least some bikes. We were on the third floor so be prepared for steps in and out of the condo, although this was not a problem for us and we were aware of this when we booked the unit. Great stay!

Pros- ease of communication, cleanliness, plenty of towels, detergent, etc. Highlights- keurig, a nice large deck with dining table and seating, includes 2 beach chairs, kitchen is thoughtfully remodeled. Things to factor in- -Unit is facing the pool, so there is no quiet during pool hours. -Pervasive cigarette smoke from unit below; unless that person is a full-time resident that won't apply in the future. -Bed, pillows and couch are bare bones as far as comfort/quality. Perfectly acceptable, but not great.

Loved it!

Great location and very clean. I would recommend one bottle of cleaner to wipe down kitchen counter and bathroom especially since it has Granit countertops and not everyone understands that bleach or any other harsh cleaner should not be used to clean them. Mix of Alcohol, a couple of drops of dish soap and water would have sufficed. Make sure to either bring condiments or buy them since they stopped supplying them due to Covid. The club house has a ping pong table which we played. So fun!! They also have a big pool, close access to the beach and a few tennis courts. Will definitely stay there again.
