Would not recommend to anybody

Accuracy to the online listing (PICTURES) are correct; HOWEVER, when we first arrived to check in, we had issues with the garage door keypad, called Stay Montana and the representative kept giving us the wrong pin to open the garage so we were freezing cold for almost 30 minutes straight trying to get into the house. We tried to wash our clothes third day of our full week stay and the washer leaked a ton from the kitchen floor into the garage. (Had to use half of our towels to clean the puddles up) Pump two to the hot tub is noted that it leaks and to not use it. The house had no lint dryer or coffee filters in stock. TV does not work in one of the guest bedroom. Half of the outlets in the house don’t work. It was hard to charge our phones especially since we needed alarm clocks for the next few days and the entire place was full of static (every time we touch something in the house. It would shock us)… The blankets in the guestroom had blood stains on it, and the pillows in the master bedroom had blood stains on it. The water filter in the fridge does not work and most of us had to shower in cold water for 80% of the week. We paid way too much for what this place offered… Had to contact Stay Montana multiple times for A LOT of inconveniences and this was suppose to be a vacation.

Excellent Place to Stay

Perfect place, if you have access to a car. Close to town center, about a 15 minute drive to the ski area. Clean, spacious, quiet, beautifully furnished.

Big Sky Family Ski Trip

The location was perfect. We were across the street from the town village with boutique shops and dining, and only a 15min drive to Big Sky resort for skiing and more shops and dining. The condo was very spacious, and had nice extras with stocked cupboards, kitchen appliances, nice hot tub and steam showers. If you needed more room there was plentiful space for others to join us as we had more than enough room. Charli was great in answer questions and helping with the check in and offering suggestions. Property Mgmt was also wonderful and very responsive. We will definitely return to Big Sky.

Nice place but needs some improvements

Overall our stay at the condo was fine. Very comfortable living area, spacious kitchen, great views and close to town and the mountain. There were just some annoying things that occurred that would not expect from a 1K a night condo. Here they are: First off the Master shower was not fully cleaned when we arrived. There was a clump of hair both in the drain and on the wall grossed out both my self and my wife. Second was parking. The owners car took up a spot in the garage and we parked our second car in the driveway. On the second night we got yelled at by the neighnbor would said we were not allowed to park in the driveway. When the management dropped off the parking passes, they mentioned nothing about parking in an area just off the driveway. The photos in the VRBO show pics on the garage empty and a open driveway saying ample parking . VRBO should state that the owners car might be parked in the garage. If it wasn't we would have been able to park both our rental cars in there and avoid the awkward discussion with the neighbor. Third: The firewood was not full and we waited a full day to get it replenished. Not major, just annoying that we had to communicate to management to get it re-stocked. As far as what the house needs, The pillows are HORRIBLE. Everyone complained. The owners should go to Target, spend a couple hundred bucks and get nice supportive pillows. The ones they have currently are like sleeping on a bundled up T-shirt. Lastly, Each room needs a humidifier. The one in the Master did not work. Its so dry at that altitude that humidifiers in all the bedrooms and living room would make a huge difference and a better nights sleep. Everyone complained of having bloody noses in the morning . Some small improvements would go a long way for this rental.

Excellent location in the Meadow. Very nice to have access to the heated garage as we woke up to -14F our first morning. Baseboard heating has a hard time with that but the fireplace took the chill off. Well equiped kitchen and very clean when we arrived.

Nice Stay

Overall our experience was good. It was a little weird when we arrived the front door was open and the master bedroom bed was unmade with pillows all on the floor. I double checked that we were in the right house so we settled in. Lots of good room and nice hot tub. The carpet in the house is pretty dirty with stains. Our neighbors spent some time everyday pounding on their roof with hammers to remove ice so that was annoying but not our rental owner's fault. Great location and happy with our stay. Thank you!

Taking James to the mountains!

We took our son and our 10 year old grandson to Yellowstone / Big Sky. This lovely condo was just delightful. The owners seem to have let you into their lives. The place is beautifully decorated , the kitchen is great and the management is super cooperative. This is actually one of the loveliest vacation rentals ever. If you plan to combine Big Sky with Yellowstone the easy access to the highway here is a great call. We were so comfortable. The Earhart family.
