Newly renovated mid-century style pool home. This gorgeous home is all new inside and furnished in a stylish decor with fun features for your vacation entertainment. Inside you will find a well equipped kitchen and eat in area. A bar area with high top table opens to the large living space with ample seating. Game area with pool table that also converts to a ping pong table and dart board for fun entertainment. Outdoor kitchen, fire pit, pool and large fenced back yard. Split bedroom plan.
If you opt to use the pool heater during your stay there is an additional $20 a day fee for heating the pool. Please note 24 hour advanced notice is required to get the pool heated.

Why they chose this property
Great location just 2 miles to the miles to the beach. Corner lot with pool and privacy fence. Ample outside seating and entertainment. A split bedroom plan and spacious layout make for the perfect rental vacation stay.
