Ready to relax with a view of the ocean? This townhouse in Santa Rosa Beach is the perfect place for your next vacation. Enjoy private balconies perfect for coffee or cocktails after a day of exploring the area. Central air-conditioning makes relaxing easy, and the private washer/dryer will take care of the beach towels. Feel free to bring your favorite DVDs to enjoy in the provided DVD player. The home has three floors, with amazing Gulf views for you to enjoy from the second and third floors. The lowest floor features a bunk room and a separate studio space with a kitchenette. The complex boasts private beach access, and a golf cart on-site that is available for use. Ample restaurants can be found nearby.

This place is perfect location. Townhome is huge 3 floors and about 100 steps to the beach. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and most important close to the main HWY 331. I don’t think it gets better than this. This place was too big for my family of 4 but i can easily sleep 10 adults easily. Property is kept up well so we will definitely be looking at this place again when we come back. No issues no complaints. Thanks

Perfect location for a family beach vaca
My family and I loved our stay here. The location was perfect, right on the beach, quick golf cart ride to Santa Rosa shops/restaurants, Seaside, Grayton beach and more! We used the golf cart provided the whole week! The home was clean and provided everything we needed for the week. The beach isnt packed because its a private beach which was amazing. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect Girls Trip
This is the perfect home for a girls trip! Everything you need: easy access to beach, plenty of beds and towels! Kitchen is well stocked. Super close to some of our favorite restaurants. Highly recommend

Home away from home
Great location in Blue Mountain Beach. Easy walking to restaurants, bakeries, bike rentals and plenty of live music in the area. Walk to the beach was quick and easy, with added plus of a beach view from master bedroom. Beds were all comfortable. Condo was clean, although couches were showing some wear and dining room rug needed a deep clean/replacement. Internet and TVS all worked great with good reception. Kitchen was well stocked with just about everything you'd need, All appliances were working as they should. A very clean gas grill was also available. Golf cart was included(a bit to chilly for us to use in Jan/Feb) Only thing lacking was patio/balcony furniture. There was nothing on the top balcony, rusted out chairs on main balcony and just a small bench on the ground level. Overall this was a very nice roomy townhouse, perfect location and a great home away from home. Any issues that did arise were quickly handled by the Vacasa team.

Great location
House is super close to the beach and that was so nice. But they could add a few simple things to make they stay easier. Like a sponge at the kitchen sink, an extra trash bag or two and some beach towels. Sometimes it’s the little things that can make a big difference. The golf cart was a bonus for sure!

Great for large families.
Home was great for large families or 2 families to share. Golf cart came in handy. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Keurig did not fully work. Owner had issues with power company and billing. Was without electric for part of morning due to non payment. But once maintenance figured it out and owner called and paid the bill they reconnected a bit later same day. No furniture on second deck where you can actually see the ocean. Just wide open area to stand.

Shhhhhh let’s keep this place a secret
Close proximity to a private beach, Blue Mountain Bakery, Red Fish Taco. Ten min drive to Grayton State Park to Kayak or Paddle Board, 12 min to Water Color and 15 min to Seaside. The Golf Cart was a game changer for us this visit to the coast! We did experience some electrical glitches while there. We alerted property manager to notify the owners; we would randomly lose power to the fridge and some lights but it would reset without us flipping breakers. Shower head in upstairs room broke mid week but still partially worked, wished for seating off the south/Gulf facing upstairs balcony, maybe next time!!

Spacious, great location!
Two master suites and a studio apartment in the basement - - very spacious! Older appliances, furniture could be updated but certainly very functional! Top floor balcony has a decent view of the gulf, but chairs on balcony are torn and too short so you can sit and see past the balcony. 2nd floor balcony includes tall table/chairs but no view from that balcony. Two problems encountered - low battery on smoke detector that started beeping at 10pm - called in but no one showed up to fix until late the next morning (we shouldve been told that and we wouldve taken the detector down sooner). Next day the battery on the front door lock died and we couldnt get into the townhouse - - waited an hour from someone to fix that. Seems like batteries should be replaced periodically and not wait until there's a problem to replace them. Location - easy access to the beach and restaurants. Golf cart came with the house - that was great and enabled each access to restaurants!!
