Very disappointing
First of all we were not able to get the keyless entry to work. The Mgmt property had to come over and open the door. The key did not work so they left the deadbolt engaged with the door open in order to gain entry. Next there was not a remote for the main tv-we had conversation over email that it was there-but it was not-unable to watch TV in the living room. The fireplace would go off and on at will-supposed to be on a timer. Not sure how safe that is. We had hoped to watch the World Series that night which did not happen. Ended up going to a bar, but we had to leave the door ajar in order to get back in-bit of a safety issue. We were also unable to use the TVs in the bedrooms because it said the password was not valid. Lastly, the toilet in the main bedroom continued to run unless you jiggled the handle. It said that the unit was a new listing-wondering if they had not done a dry run on if it was really ready for renting. We will not go back.
