Hello! Welcome to our home. I'm so glad you decided to stay here. This was our son's first home and we loved coming here and being so close to everything Kansas City has to offer. When he moved to North Carolina we knew we had to keep it and it has been the perfect home for staycations.
We are happy to share our special getaway with you and truly hope you get to enjoy it as much as we do. You are so close to so many great places to visit and fantastic restaurants and shopping.

Why they chose this property
Historic Rosedale, Midtown area just a few blocks from KU Medical, located right up the hill from I-35, just 10 minutes from downtown KC, 7 minutes to the Crossroads district, 15 minutes to the stadiums. Great neighbors, quiet, safe, area with young families and students and very walkable.
Walkable neighborhood to many great restaurants and shops. Ride KC Bike has 2 stations within walking distance.
There is a washer and dryer in the basement for your use.
There is a park right up the street with beautiful hiking trails that if you follow you will end up at the WWII memorial and there is also a bike share at the park. There is KC manual with restaurants and suggested things to do.
