Gorgeous Condo at Phoenix East Condo on the 8th floor!

Are you looking for style? Class? Updated and remodeled? Look no further! This condo has it all and you really must see it to appreciate it. The condo has an awesome coastal feel that will make you feel right at home. Relax in the large, comfortable living room and choose to watch the waves from the large windows, or watch the big game or your favorite movie on the 65" Smart TV with Bluetooth surround sound bar.

The dining area is beautiful and sits 10 comfortably and is located off the wonderfully updated kitchen. With new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, this kitchen will not disappoint.

The king master suite is elegant and tranquil and offers access to the large balcony so you can see and hear the waves. There is a large flat screen TV, as well as a modern and gorgeous master bath with bowl sink and fully tiled shower with a rain shower head.

The first of two additional bedrooms has two queen size beds and a flat screen TV. The other guest bedroom has two full size beds and a flat screen monitor with Wifi enabled DVD, allowing this condo to comfortably sleep 10. There is an awesome guest bathroom located perfectly for the guest bedrooms to share and a full size washing machine and dryer for your use in the condo.

There is a communal outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, splash pad, indoor racquetball court, shuffleboard, pickleball, and more, all located on the complex for you to use during your stay.

Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location for anything that you could possibly want to do. The condo was very clean and up-to-date. There was a perfect amount of room for two families of 4. The view of the beach was great getting in and out of the condo was great. We felt safe and secure. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Gulf Shores

Our stay was amazing. We received a text on day of check in that we could get in early. The condo was exactly as advertised and was clean and so nice. The view was awesome. The whole process was very smooth with a lot of communication when needed. We will be back for sure.

Family Vacation

Wonderful property great view. Room is right off the elevator so no long hall to walk . Room was very clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. Easy check in and out with keyless entry. Close to the pass and enjoyed watching all the boats.
