The large sectional sofa is ideal for family movie nights, complete with a flat-screen Smart TV and streaming access. A chef’s dream kitchen with modern appliances, including an electric stovetop, Keurig Coffeemaker, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, and ample counter and pantry space. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating at the bar, making it perfect for group meals.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a remodeled bath with double vanity and walk-in shower, and a large closet. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, a desk, and access to a full bath., while the bunkhouse next door has 4 twin beds, a private entrance, and an ensuite bath.

Fish from the 100-foot dock or bring your boat to use the slip and private boat ramp. The fenced backyard is perfect for evening gatherings with string lights, a rock fire pit, and plenty of seating. Inside the garage, enjoy a professional ping pong table and corn hole games.

Our son-in-law's love to fish and being in the middle of the bay was not a good situation.

Our son-in-law's love to fish and being in the middle of the bay was not a good situation. Junk fish or very tiny fish were good for the children to catch and release. I think they may want to stay somewhere where the water is deeper to catch bigger and better fish. The sheets in the king bedroom need to be higher quality. Maybe go for 600 thread count because they were rough on your feet
