Welcome to La La's!

This newly listed 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is located on the 2nd floor of Laguna Reef at Rockport. Enjoy the private balcony with panoramic water views and the natural shoreline with a lagoon and an abundance of bird life from the balcony and the living room. You will definitely enjoy that view from a comfortable living room and watching the large flat screen television. There is plenty of seating for everyone.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware. There is also an icemaker, microwave and dishwasher and coffee maker. The kitchen has a bar that opens it up to the rest of this beautiful condo. You will be able to visit with friends or family while cooking or just enjoy the view. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and large closet and dresser for your vacation gear. The bedroom has a flat screen television with basic cable. A queen size sleeper sofa will be sure to provide a great night's sleep for 2 more guests.

As a guest of La La's you will have access to the swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, and the beautiful lagoon area at the water. There are also 3 large ice machines located on the first, second and third floors. There are also coin operated washers and dryers on the second and fourth floors in the same room as the ice machines.

Perfect!

My husband and I loved staying here and will definitely book again. The condo was nicely renovated and was so clean. We loved the amenities of Laguna Reef as well: Pool, fishing pier, ice and vending machines, and coin laundry.

Clean, quiet, nicely furnished, kitchen well stocked with cooking and serving dishes. A short walk to some fun stores and nice restaurants. Overall, it was a pleasant place to spend a short vacation.

Perfect getaway

Perfect destination for a quick getaway!!! The view and cleanliness of the property was awesome.. believe it or not there was a cool summer breeze (balcony). Enjoyed a great boil seafood meal at a local establishment, lazy beach day, fishing, and swimming.. got it all in. Planning my return! Highly recommend for couples or family outings.

Amazing Vacation time

Property manager kept in contact at all the time. The location is great, clean condo, friendly people in the lobby. The view from the living room and kitchen is a dream. We will go back soon!

Good Environment, Very Nice & Clean Condo, Spectacular View

My girlfriend and I stayed for a week, and had a great time. The fully furnished condo, allowed for us to make as many meals as we wanted to, and there are also some great places to eat locally. The entire premise was very well kept. A good memory was made!

This property is all that it is shown to be! Great location, quiet but not secluded. Fishing the sand flat across the street was an added bonus, easy wade and fish to boot ! The property is clean and cared for, this Unit is upgraded and nicely appointed. Everything needed for a great stay was provided. Would most definitely recommend this particular unit to friends and family.

Celebrated our 42nd Anniversary.

The property is very comfortable, with a beautiful view! Unseasonably wet & cold on our visit, stayed in a couple of days. The covered balcony is a nice size, fun to watch others fish in the rain off the lighted pier.. Appreciated, to find a nice place that accepted pets. Walking distance to downtown; cute shops, art galleries, & great food of Rockport. Easy drive to Port A. Great time we would rent again.

Excellent Accommodations

Wonderful accommodations! We appreciated all the personal touches. The view was beautiful and having the pier close by was perfect. The unit was clean, updated, and well maintained. Our daughter celebrated her 3rd bday here and had so much fun at the pool. Our expectations were far exceeded and we hope to return.

Great location! Cozy condo with great views

We loved our quick stay at this condo. Unit was super clean, and the views were amazing! We didn't get to fish or use the Pier, but under different circumstances, it's a great amenity to the property!

Lots to see

We were able to go on many walks. We went to Padre Island National seashore. That was beautiful! There are all kinds of shops to go into. We found a couple restaurants that were good: Latitude and Paradise Key. We also fixed several meals in the condo. She has all kinds of pans and dishes! Overall, this was a great trip!

Good location,good experience.

We enjoyed wading and fishing and watching the pelicans that were close to our balcony for viewing. Some from our group wished they would have stayed with us instead of their House rental.They said our prices were better also. We brought our kayaks and paddled Goose Island state park and had excellent seafood. Very nice trip and great 70 degree weather.
