Peaceful Pelican is a bird watchers paradise! This newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor of Laguna Reef at Rockport. Enjoy the use of your very own private balcony and witness the amazing beauty of Rockport! Panoramic water views and the natural shoreline with a lagoon and an abundance of bird life from the balcony, primary bedroom and the spacious living room. Make sure to bring your camera along so you can capture the many varieties of native birds right from the balcony. You will definitely enjoy that view from a comfortable living room and watching the large flat screen smart tv. There are two bar stools at the bar for dining. You also have a small desk that is a perfect space for your computer just in case you need to check in at work. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware and has brand new stainless steel appliances. There is also an icemaker, microwave and dishwasher and coffee maker. The kitchen has a bar that opens it up to the rest of this beautiful condo. You will be able to visit with friends or family while cooking or just enjoy the view. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and closet for your vacation gear. This room also opens to the balcony! The second bedroom has two twin size beds and a chest of drawers for your use as a guest. Both bedrooms have large flat screen smart TVs. As a guest of Peaceful Pelican you will have access to the swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, and the beautiful lagoon area at the water. There are also 3 large ice machines located on the first, second and third floors. There are also coin operated washers and dryers on the second and fourth floors in the same room as the ice machines.

Nice but a bit dated and needs some TLC.

Nice location in Rockport on the bay! A cute town with fun places to eat and shop. Currently a house is being built between the large balcony and the bay. On the 3rd floor, keyless entry, easy booking at Laguna Reef condos. Wall decor and furniture could use updating , and as other reviews, twin beds were not super comfortable. Nice pool with a hot tub (not working during our stay) and nice pier to walk out on or fish. Within an hour of Port Aransas, Mustang Island and Padre Island!

Nice seaside stay.

Very clean well-maintained property. The staff does an excellent job keeping things nice and quiet. The fishing was very good off the pier. The only downside was the grills provided on the property for barbecuing. They would like literally take an entire bag of charcoal to be operable.Rockport Texas is a quaint little town and a great place to come and relax. If you were looking for a lot of excitement this is not going to be the place for you.

Facility was clean. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. Stores and shops are about 5-8 mins away. Beach was about 5 mins drive. Fishing pier was great! The coffee maker wasn't working but it's okay. We had a great and relaxing time.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time at Peaceful Pelican. The condo was clean and stocked for our arrival. The employees are so friendly and ready to help with your every need. The location of the condo was perfect, with the fishing pier just steps from our door and Rockport beach just a 5 minute drive. Would recommend to a friend and definitely come back!

And my disabled grandson loves the pool when it’s warm enough to swim . we had a problem with our television and the young man in the office came up right away showed us how to use everything and fixed what we couldn’t fix . Very nice and very helpful

4 day fishing vacation

Over all great vacation. The property was under construction and after staying out late in the AM when the fish are biting, early morning work started just outside the bedroom window and on the door of our unit. This was a bit of a shock and unexpected. Also painting was occurring on all rails and we were not sure what was wet and in process as there were no signs or blocks until you reached the bottom steps. Realizing it was in process, we overcame but just wanted to give a heads up for future visitors. Also, master bed mattress was in need of replacement.....no kidding...
