Paradise | Pool, Hot Tub, 1000 ft Fishing Pier!

Welcome to Paradise! This newly renovated one bedroom, one bath condo has gorgeous views of Aransas bay from the private balcony on the fourth floor of the Laguna Reef Resort. Enjoy cooling bay breezes and bird watching from the complex grounds along with great fishing from the 1000 foot lighted fishing pier. Cool down in the Laguna Reef swimming pool or relax in the hot tub overlooking Aransas Bay. You can even grill up your best catch in one of the grilling areas! The living room has a flat screen TV and large picture windows facing the bay. There is also a table that seats 2 people. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, and coffee maker. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and flat screen TV. All linens and towels will be provided and guests will have access to a laundry room that takes quarters. This condo also has wifi. Paradise is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing and gives you the option to purchase a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at Rockport Beach, the south pier is free and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well. Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. Check out a list of restaurants in Rockport on our site under activities and attractions. If you feel like shopping then you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques.This is also a prime location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Fireworks display could be seen from the balcony. Apartment was spacious and finishes in kitchen were great. King bed was great however a little tight getting in and out on the sides.

The photos were just as shown on the website. Dishes were put away dirty and ceiling fan in bedroom was dusty. The front door had gaps at bottom and side of the door. Kitchen could use more supplies for cooking and baking. The condo stayed cool and liked the ease of getting clean towels when needed. Overall the stay was good and made do with few kitchen supplies

Beautiful condo and comfortable condo with all you need. Great view from the balcony. Love the table and 4 chairs on the balcony so the family can eat dinner there. Perfect for us. We love staying at Laguna Reef and already have recommended it to others. Condos are nice, clean, comfortable, with great amenities. Love how the rooms all have views of the pool and the bay. Love the view when your at the pool and how the pool is shaded in the afternoon. Friendly and helpful staff. Just great all the way around.

Love it.

Love it. We stay 3-4 times a year at Laguna Reef. We have never had issues. Friendly staff and great kept rooms. Fisging is usually great, but due to the storm on the previous day it was not good. It's understandable. I love this place and it is my go too place for the coastal area.

Great condo!

Enjoyed our stay! Great fishing and we enjoyed the pool. Condo had everything we needed. Very easy check in and out! The only thing that I had any type of issue with was I thought the floor was dirty.
