Grandview | Pet Friendly, Amazing Views + Pool!

Experience breathtaking sunrises over the bay from the private balcony of Grandview, a beautiful two bedroom condo on the fourth floor of the newly remodeled Laguna Reef Condominiums. Relax in the hot tub overlooking Aransas Bay or cool off in the Laguna Reef swimming pool. Spend your evenings fishing from the 1000 foot lighted fishing pier and grill up your best catch at one of the outdoor grilling areas. The living room features a large sectional reclining sofa across from the flat screen cable TV. Please note that this is NOT a traditional 'sofa sleeper' but rather a standard sofa and two separate recliners. The dining area has a table with seating for six and opens up to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of counter space for all your cooking needs. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and gorgeous bay views from the windows. The second bedroom has great beach decor and two queen beds to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. This also has a stackable washer and dryer and wifi! All linens and towels will be provided to you for your convenience. Amenities at the Laguna Reef facility include a swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, beautiful lagoon area at the water, and a large parking lot with plenty of space. Grandview is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing and gives you the option of purchasing a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at Rockport Beach, the south pier is free and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well. Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. If you feel like shopping then you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques.

Rockport getaway

Enjoyed staying at Laguna Reef and connecting with family. The accommodations were very comfortable The pool was great. Fishing on the pier the highlight of the trip.

For $600 a night, cheap soap and shampoo, no gourmet coffee or creamers, no daily housekeeping and no paper towels? IMO, if you’re going to charge $600 a night the maintenance upkeep should be perfect and the units should be meticulously cleaned. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and we appreciated the little gift basket that entertained our grandson. Overall good job ??

Enough room in condo so you don’t feel crowded

Stay was great. The condo was was comfortable, but we couldn’t get TV to show in bedroom with the two queen beds. Didn’t make a big deal because we really didn’t sit to watch too much TV. Husband did mention that the right side of king bed seemed like it had a dip in mattress. My granddaughter wanted to swim but I was hesitant cause the pool water looked green. Eventually gave in because it was hot. Overall, the area was great and the view beautiful. Thank you.

Laguna Reef has been a "go to" place from my family for over 30 years.

Laguna Reef has been a "go to" place from my family for over 30 years. We would go down at Christmas every few years and take the dog with us, which was great! Laguna Reef continues to be a great place to go to enjoy Rockport and the surrounding area! #414 was a great place. Clean, well kept, enough outside chairs on the balcony. Plenty of kitchen stuff with the exception of enough knives. Location was great at the end with only one "neighbor". And my dog, Logan liked it too once he got use to the elevator. Everyone on your team was great. Responsive, nice, helpful and very friendly. Much appreciated! Miss Kitty's fishing Getaways has everything you need at Laguna Reef. Pool, hot tub, great service from the front desk, wonderful friendly staff and it's right on the water with an awesome pier.
