With premium outdoor seating, a beautiful open-concept kitchen and living room, and tasteful decor throughout, Sea-Esta is sure to be a destination vacation home for years to come!

Looking to lounge after a day of fishing? Sea-Esta remains true to its name and provides a plush sectional sofa that is ideal for catching the afternoon football game. Beautiful, Aransas Bay views and several windows compliment this perfectly situated room.

Sea-Esta has a very spacious kitchen with vast amounts of counter space and all of the modern appliances one could need to be at their home away from home. This home provides two options for guests- bar seating for up to 6 for the casual afternoon lunch, or a dining room table for 6 that is just right for an evening dinner. The kitchen has all of your essentials, including a traditional coffee pot, flatware, plates and cups and cooking utensils. This cozy bungalow provides 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a stunning canal view, a king bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms are a delight- both have bay views and share the second bathroom, which also has a walk-in shower, down the hall. The guest bedroom closest to the primary has two twin beds, and the third guest bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have closets and dressers to store your luggage and clothing.

This home has complimentary WI-FI, premium outdoor furniture, cable television and a washer and dryer. Parking for up to 4 vehicles. This home has numerous outdoor seating opportunities. The front of the home has a beautiful patio facing Aransas Bay. Perfect for sunrises and coffee! The back of the home is situated along the canal, and has both indoor seating and dining space in the screened-in porch as well as the outdoor back patio. Fish from the dock and clean your catch at the well-lit fish cleaning station. There is also an open area with a charcoal grill and plenty of cooking space. Key Allegro is one of Rockport's most well-known neighborhoods. This home is located front and center of this spectacular community and features the best of both worlds- a bay and a canal view. This neighborhood is perfect for afternoon strolls along Aransas Bay or a quick jog to the community pool, which all Sea-Esta guests will have access to.

Sea-Esta is a short drive to downtown Rockport and all of the finest restaurants and shops. H-E-B and WalMart are just a short, five minute drive down the street. Goose Island State Park (15-minute drive) is a haven for hiking, kayaking, and fishing, and Fly Fish Rockport (5-minute drive) is your go-to option to arrange fishing charters. Drive 5 minutes to explore the fascinating Fulton Mansion State Historic Site - a local landmark dating back to 1877.

Bayside house

The property was nice and comfortable with several features that contributed to our enjoyment for fishing. The cleaning crew does need to do a better job with the showers as there was mildew/mold along the shower floor in each bathroom.

Charming older home. Beautiful sunrise and moonrise on the front porch. Screened in porch in back keeps mosquitoes at bay. Housekeeping was okay but need to spend some time on the porch. I had to wipe a layer of dirt from the tables and chairs. Not the best place I have stayed at, but the cost was reasonable and I would stay here again.

Maintenance of the property needs work

- Only 1 towel and washcloth per person, 2 hand towels and 1 kitchen towel. No beach towels or extra towels per maintenance company. - washing machine broken. We were told maintenance would come to fix it and then told the owner had to be notified before it could be fixed. After 3 phone calls, a new set of towels were provided that smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Even though we requested a call back concerning the washer, the maintenance company did not call us back. -Grill did not work, no propane tank and was a charcoal grill Hose was not stored and had holes in it. Toys and beer cans on side of the house. Grass in back was a foot high when we got there - they did cut it on the second day. -Very slow drain in the hall bath sink. -Needs to be exterminated - killed several bugs including a spider in one of the beds. -On the positive side - ample parking, great garage access and comfortable beds. This property and its property management company are NOT up to VRBO standards based on our past experiences. In fact, this the first negative review we have given.

Great visit to Rockport!

We had a great visit! It was me, my daughter and two granddaughters. All of us enjoyed the trip. It was a nice quiet spot, great restaurants and shopping. We preferred the Port Aransas beaches and it was quick and easy to get there on the ferry. Only one minor issue was with the washer not working properly. We will be sure to return to the same location again!

Sisters Sabbatical

We were very very comfortable in this lovely home. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had a light fixture that didn't work but couldn't be be fixed and a small issue with the air-conditioning but, the maintenance guy they sent over did everything he could possibly do under the circumstances. We are confident it was able to be repaired before the next guest arrived.

the house is just as described, the inside very clean, very thoughtfully laid out perfect for a long weekend retreat. the kitchen was very efficiently stocked . The only thing that we were disappointed in was there were a few things that needed a little more attention to, the light over the dining room table did not work,{ it wasn't the bulbs] and there were a few more lights with bulbs out, the trash dumpsters were almost full, the trash can by the BBQ grill was full ,just few little details needed attended to but overall great place ,great area ,very relaxing would stay there again in a heartbeat give a 4.8 on the ratings

great canal house with nice sun deck

We stayed at this home for 10 days at the end of February and were blessed with perfect weather! The large deck and sectional outdoor couch was perfect to spend each day in the sunshine. The layout of the house is bright and open to cook and still be involved with the family conversations. We have family in the area, that came for dinner and there was plenty of room at the bar and the large dinner table for everyone. The house had everything we needed for a memorable stay in beautiful Rockport

Thanksgiving week

Upon our arrival we had some minor issues with the television which were promptly addressed. The small yard had not been mowed but was also promptly addressed. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Despite the bedrooms and master bath being a bit small, most of our time was spent in the living room/kitchen area and outside, all which had plenty of space. There are limited supplies which was noted, so we were prepared and brought our own spices and cooking essentials, there was plenty of pots, bowls, and dishes for us to enjoy our meals. Soap is provided but you must bring shampoo, hair dryer, etc. The house is nicely located in Key Allegro with nice views and walking. There is an HEB and a Walmart within 5 a minute drive as well as several restaurants and coffee shops conveniently located nearby. We would definitely consider again on our next trip to Rockport.

The house is cute and in great location. The yard had some white sticky stuff in part of back that got all over our dog. The kitchen had basic equipment but it might be nice to add some foil & plastic wrap to a drawer. You hate to haul all that stuff from home. Actually the first house we’ve stayed in that didn’t have that stuff. Some kind of instructions would also be helpful. Places to eat. Wi-Fi password. Fishing companies recommended. But overall it’s a nice property and we enjoyed our visit.

Our stay

House was clean and comfortable. The outside was another thing. Yard was badly kept and I didn’t appreciate the push mower left for me to cut grass! In addition I spent an hour cleaning up the poop from the very large dog who eats well in the yard before my small dogs went out. It had rained so pick up was nasty and difficult. In addition dealing with Ms Kitty’s is not easy. There agents are not friendly and seem to just taking your call and really don’t care. I use to rent from them direct and dropped them because of their curt responces! My husband also spent 2 hrs fixing the BBQ pit cause the bottom was rusted out. Had he not fixed we could have not done our steaks! My dogs are small and because the fence on that side is in disrepair my puppy got out. Thank God we were watching. Very busy street out front and had we not been watching our trip would have been a disaster. Ms Kitty’s reminded me 3 time to clean up my dog poop! Not a good experience with them!

Friends Funtime

First reaction to house : very cute , clean , great views out front and back. Great location and found a few great restaurants close by !! Great communication with management company !! After 5 nites : Master bedroom mattress was horrible !! It makes you roll to the middle !! And the tiniest bathroom ever !! More towels would have been appreciated so laundry isn’t done daily !! And would like to adjust the thermostat lower - we keep ours on 69 at home and we weren’t given that option at this rental.

Great place to stay for a fishing trip!

This house worked out perfect for us! My husband and I brought our two nephews (12 and 15) down to Rockport for a fishing trip. The boys fished off the back some which entertained them. We also played dominos that we found in the game cabinet! There was a small yard for our dog which was perfect! We didn’t cook but the kitchen was nice! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Awesome boat getaway staycation

We really enjoyed the rental perfect setting bay an canal views. Was able to keep boat tied off behind house at the dock. Place was very clean. Only a few things could of been better grass was a little high for our little frenchie an the light for the bbq grill was not working. Very minor things. We will do this again can’t wait. An perfect place for sundowner on screened in porch an evening boat Cruz

Very nice home; well equipped. Confusing coffee maker and TV set-up. TV did not work in master. Grassy area needed mowing. Bedrooms and bathrooms were quite small. Beds too high and toilets too low. Heavy traffic on street. Road construction at entrance to subdivision. Fishing not good. Gaps above screen doors in back porch allowed mosquitoes. Never found switch for exterior light above garage. Sandbox full of water and mosquitoes. Quiet neighborhood until our last day when large group checked into house across the canal. I hurt my back and had to spend a couple of days in bed. Could not get TV to work in master, even though a tech came out. Nice property, but we would not stay there again.

Stop scrolling. I know you, I am you, searching for the perfect beach house for your family vacation. Sea-Esta is it! It has beautiful views on both sides, easy access to everything and anything you might need. It is the perfect beach house for a family vacation. And, should you need anything at the house, the incredibly friendly and attentive people at Miss Kitty’s Fishing Getaways check in frequently and are happy to help make your stay even more enjoyable. This is that hidden gem you’ve been searching for. Book it now! (I write this at the risk of it being harder to book next time but it is a gem that deserves to be shared and I want to spread the joy staying there brings.)

I would stay here again… when my kids are bigger

We really liked our stay at this property. The description and pictures are accurate. Some things to know about it are that it is on a very busy road. There were lots of work trucks coming in and you can hear road noise from the living room. This property also has LOTS of convenience items in the garage, kitchen and back yard. I would book this property again when my kids are older (currently 2 and 5). One of the secondary bedrooms has twin beds, but they are really high (could tell in the pictures, so we brought our own travel bumper). Pros: -FULLY stocked dishes, utensils and appliances in the kitchen -hand soaps at all the sinks -access to washer/dryer -awesome outdoor space: screened in porch & sun deck -LOCATION: this property is very close to grocery stores, Walmart and the public beach (all about 5 minute drive) Cons: -no bath tub (the pictures are accurate, but something I didn’t think about when booking) -floors and corners were dusty, like the sweeping wasn’t thorough. (Big fur balls behind side chairs near kitchen island, lots of fur/hair under the dining table, and pet food and dead bug in master bedroom). Also, to be fair to the owners, we didn’t report it as it wasn’t that big of a deal to us. -on a busy, main road and only one way into the neighborhood on a one lane bridge (but there’s a light to help with traffic).
