Best Beach House

We had our whole family including young grandchildren. It has a great bunk room for long distance cousins to hang out and visit. The pool was a hit and the beach is just a minute walk. Great property managers, very responsive with great communication. We definitely want to return!

70th Birthday Beach Stay

We are addressing this to the home owners, We had no hot water. Roaches there and one family member had 2 crawl out of her bag when she got home. Had to reset the breaker to use the oven after using the microwave. The pool filter never ran. Took water samples to PinchaPenny from hot tub, pool and pool/jacuzzi. None were up to swimming standards. No chlorine registered. We have all 3 print outs. There should a rail by the steps so an elderly person has assistance getting out of the pool. Glad the grandkids didn’t come and swim in the pool.

Oceanside getaway

House size was perfect for our 3 generation family, renting the house for 8 wonderful days. Property manager had good communication and respect when we didn’t want the hassle of dealing with an electrician (non emergency pre-scheduled routine repair) during our stay. Did notice neither the pool nor the hot tub was maintained as pool had submerged leaves and sand when we arrived, but equipment on premises (skimmer net and vac) helped, somewhat with that. FYI, not sure the ‘Friday pool maintenance person’ exists. Overlooked deferred maintenance (ok maybe not totally overlooked as we are in the real estate business) but overall, we had a fantastic family vacation and memories made!

Great location

The entire statwas great. The lack of communication with the host did put a little damper on our stay we tried contacting her before we left when we got there with nothing crickets I own a Vrbo communication is the key a few things where broken that need to be fixed. We had a few questions but we just figured it out.

Family holiday

The house was fantastic for our group. The kitchen was perfect since we all like to cook! Pool was not heated which is not great in November so we only got in one day. Hot tub was good but a larger one would have made it better, we had to rotate who was getting in and out, only 2 adults comfortably fit. Beach access was great. Overall experience was good for us.

Great location

Beach is beautiful. Property needs some attention/ maintenance. Media room equipment doesn’t work. Ceiling, windows and sliding doors leaked during rain. Landscaping needs some love. Hot tub was suppose to get cleaned and pool help didn’t show.

Oceanfront Happiness

This house is AMAZING! The view and sound of the ocean is breathtaking. The pool is perfectly located in the front of the home, privacy there and the backyard. The “grands” had their own bunk housewing of the house connected to the theater room, complete with mini fridge and microwave. We even watched a launch from Cape Canaveral from the back yard and beachfront. Jaden is amazing and so helpful. My family enjoyed a wonderful week! 5 plus stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great family getaway.

We had a blast this week and this house was a big factor. It had plenty of space for everyone and was so convenient being right on the beach. It's also super close to the store and some amazing restaurants. 10/10 will definitely be staying again!

Beach Getaway

We rented this for my husbands birthday and it was very fun! Everyone really enjoyed themselves. The check in/out time could be earlier and later just so that you get more time on the beach but the host allowed us to come early, so that was awesome! There was all the supplies you could need. We did run out of paper towels, but that is ok. The property could use a towel/bathing suit drying rack and get the kitchen sink fixed, but besides that it was great!

Location was perfect. Enough space for all to have their own space. Kitchen was well supplied.

Great family vacation

There was plenty of room for our family (10 in all including grandparents, parents, and children). We were right on the beach! When we weren't at the beach, we enjoyed the pool and just relaxing in the spacious common area The property manager responded quickly to all of our questions. Cocoa Beach is the perfect location for family fun!

Beach and Pool Fun

Great beach access and a wonderful pool for the family. Four and six year old grandkids couldn’t have had a better time. They are already talking about bring their cousin to the house for a future vacation.

Family vacation

Location. 10 Experience 10 Accommodations 6. Dried shrubbery and cuttings piled up in several places. Outside kind of unkept. Several Light bulbs put. Some shelves in kitchen broken (Supports not in) Hot tub only heated to about low 90s Biggest disappointment by far and a deal Breaker if to return was not aware the jacuzzi associated with swimming pool was broken and didn’t heat. Was cooler temps and would have made a huge difference for kids swimming and adults

Good location

The house is well located. The division of bedrooms is nice. The house is well equipped and furnished. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. There is a second refrigerator in the garage which is very helpful. A large group of friends enjoyed our visit!

Nice beach house

Its a cute beach house located on a quiet part of cocoa beach about 1/2 mile walk from good restaurants and bars. The pool is in the front driveway which is a little odd and the chlorine was too strong in the beachside hottub. But all in all it was well worth the money. I would rent it again.

Great but the absolute cheapest pillows, laundry detergent and tp

We loved it. The only thing that sucked was the laundry detergent was trash. Toilet paper was the cheapest stuff known to man and pillows were so bad that none of us slept well. Otherwise it was excellent.

Family Beach Christmas

This is our first family Christmas VRBO experience. This house had everything you would need, stocked kitchen, beach front, walk to town and plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and 3 kiddos under 4. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean.
