Enjoy this modern centrally-located mountain getaway in Livingston, Montana. This privately owned 2 bedroom/1 bath condo w/ garage is located in a quiet neighborhood with mountain views. It's 10 minutes to downtown Livingston, with great bars, shopping & restaurants, and 30 minutes to downtown Bozeman and BZN Int'l Airport. Yellowstone National Park is 1.25-2.5 hrs to All Entrance Gates. We are 10 minutes from the Yellowstone River where Fly Fishing is fantastic & under an hour to the local ski resorts. NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED.

Enjoy this modern centrally-located mountain getaway in Livingston, MT. It's my vacation getaway. This privately owned 2 bdrm/1 bth condo has a 1 car garage and is located in a quiet neighborhood with mountain views. It is a very peaceful serene location with great walking paths nearly. I hope you fall in love with Livingston like I did! NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED IN THIS UNIT.
Why they chose this property
Livingston was founded in 1882 as a division headquarters of the Northern Pacific Railway and was renamed for Crawford Livingston, a railroad executive. The founding of this small historical railroad and ranching town is a direct result of the Northern Pacific Railway. This Condo is located in a Quiet community with Mountain Views, Parking on Street or in Garage and lots of adventure.
What makes this property unique
It's 10 minutes to downtown Livingston by car or you could ride a bike there. Downtown Livingston has great bars, shopping & restaurants. 30 minutes to downtown Bozeman and 40 minutes to the BZN Int'l Airport. Yellowstone National Park is 1.25-2.5 hrs to All Entrance Gates, and we are a little over an hour to the North Gate. We are 10 minutes from the Yellowstone River where Fly Fishing and Rafting are fantastic & under an hour to the local ski resorts.
