Hualalai Hale is designed with rich wood and stone floors, wood beamed ceilings and contemporary details: limestone, new hardwood floors with black slate floor accents, mahogany cabinetry, granite counter tops, towering Sapele interior and exterior wood doors adorn the home and frame the entry to this fully appointed retreat. The large transom glass windows bring in abundant natural sunlight but provide privacy. The fully pocketing grand hall glass doors adjacent to the black bottom pool and expansive yard open up to allow for cool tropical breezes, panoramic views, sunsets and easy access to the pool, spa and yard.

The gourmet granite slab island kitchen is a chef’s dream, with top of the line appliances, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf gas range, wine refrigerator, and a butler's pantry complete with a wet bar, ample storage, French press and multiple bar and cooking accessories.

Dine outdoors in the Bali-style pool pavilion; simmer in the jacuzzi; take a dip in your personal black bottom pool with turtle mosaics; shower in one of the two outdoor private showers. Offering beautiful ocean views, background sound speakers throughout the house and bedrooms, this private property begs to be enjoyed by an intimate few or family groups. Also located nearby is the Jack Nicklaus designed Hualalai Resort Golf Course, home of the prestigious PGA Champions Tour “Tournament of Champions” event. Access to the Hualalai Resort Golf Course is only available to guests who opt in for resort access by paying Daily Resort Guest Fees.

Outdoor Features:
Bali styled outdoor Pool Pavilion overlooking pool, spa and expansive yard and garden, features a teak wood dining table with comfortable teak wood seating for eight. There is a large cushioned outdoor sofa pool side that is ideal for all day lounging along with two large chaise lounges and a four person teak breakfast table for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Gas BBQ with grilling tools also available at pool deck.
