This is a converted attic, which means that there are some quirks, like angled ceilings; but the apartment is super cute. The neighborhood is quiet and we made full use of the nearby Provo River Trail for walking & running. The host was very responsive to our messages & requests. We would love to stay here again and hope this property is available the next time we are in Provo.
Comfortable two bedroom stay. Property was like pictures. Ample parking. Owner was very prompt with responses. Had everything we needed for our stay. Great view of the mountains!
We rented this property because we had to travel with our two little dogs. We thought it was a stand alone home so while we went out to dinner or ran errands and didn’t bring the dogs we wouldn’t interrupt neighbors. This was advertised as a home but would be technically a duplex as you can rent the upper and lower level. Probably would not have rented because of the duplex status and was looking for a stand alone house. If you don’t care about that this would be a great place to stay.
We stayed in Provo for BYU's graduation. This home is located in a quiet, older neighborhood close to BYU. We liked being on the west side of Provo, as we were able to avoid some of the traffic. This rental is the second floor of a house, so there are some stairs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Some instructions for the AC/swamp cooler unit in the kitchen would be helpful. The beds are comfortable; the sofa bed is quite firm, but our son didn't mind that. We didn't have any issues with water heating up and staying hot, even the day that five of us were there. The shower is quite small--tall enough, but not very big around. Plenty of towels. The fire pit in the backyard was fun--we made s'mores one night.
