Nice location; disappointed with cleanliness

Great location, nice pool... but, the condo was not very clean. The carpet was dirty/old, mold around vents in bathroom, dust in all rooms (had been there a while), trash under beds..the mattresses needed to be replaced also. My friends allergies were bad when we left..Unfortunately, will not return.

Nice place and great location

The unit was a great size and very welcoming. The cleaning staff needs to be more diligent. The floor had big been swept under couches or behind beds. In the laundry room there was a stack of food that smelled and looked like it had been there a few weeks. I will come back. Just need cleaning staff to be more conscientious The beach access and pool is very accessible!! Might need to think about allowing more parking for renters

Excellent choice

Everything was so clean, the stay was very comfortable ,we felt like we was at home almost. Very quiet and peaceful accommodations was excellent. I thank the property management .

Property had a handful of small issues. Nothing major except living room tv not working but was quickly replaced overall was a good value for the money. Would stay again

Great location, amenities average.

Loved the keypad lock. Several items were broken or jury rigged. A drawer in one bedroom was broken, a bathroom sink was leaky and the smoke detector was broken. Maintenance showed up unannounced, which was not very cool. A tiny microwave was in place of the original built in microwave. The beds were OK and it served it's purpose. I've paid less for similar units, so was hoping for some upgrades. 3rd floor was a plus.
