This beautifully renovated two bedroom/two bath beach condo is located at the boutique Sand Dollar Villas on Amelia Island. Quartzite countertops, marble backsplash, tiled walk-in shower and numerous other amenities add to your beach getaway. Wake up to the sunrise or sleep in with blackout curtains. Having morning coffee or sipping champagne in the evening on your private balcony looking at the ocean is simply delightful. You have easy access to ocean swimming and sunning on the beach or enjoy lounging by the Oceanside pool. This is my so happy place and can be yours too!

February in Fernadina

This was the perfect beach front winter escape from central NY's snow. The condo had everything we needed. We cooked most of the time and the kitchen was well stocked. The side balcony provides a great view and sounds of the ocean. Peaceful neighborhood and perfect location on the island w/short drives to the North/South beaches and quaint downtown. Gorgeous sunrises. Brad was so attentive and his welcome gift basket appreciated, as were the beach chairs and towels. So very happy I found this property

great location on Fernandina Beach

Stayed one week at this condo - great location and very clean and updated condo. Had everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome basket and extra supplies. Loved walking the beach and heading into the historic district for food and shopping.

Beautiful Beachside Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the full kitchen as we like to cook our own meals (even while on vacation)! We started our mornings enjoying breakfast on the deck and ended most days with dinner and the sights and sounds of the ocean on that same deck. Our host was very responsive to the couple of questions we had during our visit. Would highly recommend you choose this property as your home-away-from-home next time you want to visit Fernandina Beach!

Fall Ladies Annual Trip

Absolutely wonderful! Brad has every thing in order. Snacks and water on arrival. Toilet paper, brand name body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in both bathrooms. The views from the covered porch and the sound of the ocean are wonderful. The condo is very quiet and peaceful and convenient to the grocery and restaurants. We are already planning next years trip.

Great place to relax

Husband and I had a great time staying here and relaxing after a busy summer of working. Everything was clean and communication was great. All needs were met!! Go eat at The Patio and at Salt!! Those were our favorites!!!

Awesome vacation spot.

I don’t think we could have found a better place for a long weekend stay. The entire place was very clean and well kept and had plenty of room for our family of four. The property is in a very nice and quiet area and the pool was clean with plenty of toys and extras to use in the pool. Beach access was very convenient and also had sand toys for the kids to use. Very happy with our stay and glad we found this property.

Great stay!

Very pleased with the inside and outside of property. Very clean. Loved that it was so close to beach. Host response very timely and helpful. Only thing I would have to say that was negative was the sliding door to the balcony was just a little hard to slide for those that weren’t as strong to open.

Great condo and great owner!

Brad was incredible with his communication, ensuring we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. He even shipped an item we left back to my family member. The condo is in immaculate condition, probably the nicest one we’ve ever stayed in at Amelia Island.

Conveniently located to the beach. Communication was great. Has been nicely updated. Really appreciated the extra touches - snacks and waters upon our arrival, enough tp, shampoo, conditioner, detergent to get you thru your time there.

Perfect place for family vacation

Bradley’s condo was perfect for our family of 4. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed for our beach vacation. The property is located steps from the beach, which was so great with young children. The pool area was also nice and had lots of toys for our kids to use. I loved having coffee on the porch in the morning watching the sun rise over the ocean. We can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip to Amelia Island.

Great condo!

This is our second time staying at Sand dollar villas and it is a wonderful complex to stay at. This was our first time renting Brad’s unit and it was great! It was beautifully decorated and not crammed with unnecessary furniture. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Ample toilet paper and toiletries. The stackable washer and dryer were great and worked perfectly. The pool is nice and big. Even with multiple families it was never crowded. The access to the beach is so easy and takes just minutes from your room. The location of the beach is great too. It isn’t overly crowded and nice and clean. We will definitely be back and will be booking with Brad for sure!!

Beautiful Gem!

This was our first trip to Amelia Island and I must say it was simply perfect and we will be back! Such a beautiful property, that was clean, and had everything you need--and more--like an awesome welcome snack basket! The property was exactly as advertised and Brad was a stellar host. He was super easy to work with, was very responsive, and had great recommendations for us during our stay. In addition, the other guests/owners on the property were so friendly! The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach. The beach was clean and safe and Brad made it even better by providing chairs and umbrellas for us. The downtown area of Fernandina was absolutely charming with numerous shops and places to eat. Every restaurant we ate at was delicious with great service and again, everyone we interacted with was so friendly. It was an awesome community vibe wherever we went. It was a perfect get-a-way!

This was a beautiful property with easy access to the beach. It was very clean and well equipped with anything that you may need. Brad was always just a text or call away! He was very easy to deal with. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent Location

First off I’d like to talk about the great communication with Bradley. He was very accommodating as we showed up a little bit early prior to check-in. He had everything ready to go well in advance, which was much appreciated. The location of a condo was steps away from the beach and was beautiful sitting out on the deck overlooking the ocean. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella were provided and greatly appreciated as we had no room in our trunk for more stuff:) Even with a slight mishap with the umbrella folding up in the crazy winds we experienced that week, Bradley was very understanding. After all the sun and sand, the sleeping was so comfortable and I probably got the most sleep I’ve had in months. The bed was comfy for sure:) Overall our family had great bonding time and provided a much needed break from our everyday lives. Definitely a return visit in the future!

Amelia Island Wedding

Amazing stay at Brad’s property! We were in town for a wedding and could not have picked a more perfect location for our stay. During our down-time our biggest decision was pool or beach! Both were beautiful and right out our door. Brad’s unit was exactly as described- perfect for our family of four. The patio had a great ocean view and was great for hanging out in the evening. Found everyone in the complex friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Simple Straightforward and Sweet

We were in town for a very brief stay and didn’t want anything opulent but didn’t want to bum it either! This condo was perfect for us. It was cozy and clean and had anything we needed. The beach wasn’t crowded and there is a perfect view of the sunrise on porch. We had lingering coffee in the mornings and charcuterie lunch on the outdoor patio. A very short drive to grocery and less than ten minute drive to out of this world dinners! We had Lagniappe and Espańa. Both were delightful. Lastly, Brandon the host was super helpful and easy to work with.
