Oceanfront!! Located in the family friendly community of Ocean Lakes (lot 1102), this unique beach house is being offered for rental on a limited basis. Unique because this house was built 'upside down' - kitchen, dining room, living room, master suite are all on the top floor. Watch the sun rise from your bed every morning! Another master suite is located on the first level along with 2 other bedrooms, laundry, and a kids room with bunkbed.

You will be amazed at the view from this home! There are decks on 2 levels and the first floor deck wraps around 3 sides of the house.

In order to maintain the quality and appearance of this beautiful home, please note that occupancy is limited to a MAXIMUM of 10 people . No exceptions will be made. Also, please note if you have small children or toddlers that there is a large open stairway leading to the top floor living area. Children need to be watched carefully!

Linens are not included in this rental, but I can arrange linen service for you if you would like.

PLEASE NOTE: Reservations for peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) are only accepted for full week ( Saturday - Saturday).

Amazing family vacation

We had a wonderful stay last week. The house was perfect for our group and the location is just all we could ask for. Our favorite of course were the views from both decks. Sandy was just amazing and very thorough, which helped so much. We will definitely consider revisiting this house.

Awesome Family Vacation!!

Amazing Trip

Fantastic Property

Having a kitchen upstairs was unique and wasn’t sure what to make of it but with the views of the deck and living areas upstairs we found it to be nothing less than amazing. Our family had a blast and the location to the beach and entrance was perfect. The property owner was great to deal with and communication was a breeze. If you have a family and enjoy beach views and want a great property rental and owner then this is the house.

Dream vacation

Sandy was excellent to work with. She answered immediately when I called or texted with a question. Everything was exactly as described. We loved the nearness to the ocean. It is difficult for me to walk in the sand so I was able to enjoy the beach from either the covered or the upper deck. We will definitely be renting this house again.

Just WOW!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean ready to go, even earlier than normal check in. Sandra as a host was just terrific! Every time something would come up she was quick to answer through text. The Kitchen was stocked with every thing you could ask for in a kitchen. The of the beach from every deck was just breath taking. We were able to set our beach umbrellas and chairs up and able to keep an eye on them all day. Everything was great the rooms were very comfortable. If I had any complaint, at the end of the day and it is night time. There really is no comfortable seating except for the couch. all the other chairs were not very comfortable. That is just a minor thing which did not take away from our enjoyment of the house. In fact I have already asked if my family could stay there again next summer.

Nice, clean house, great location and fantastic views!

The house was exactly as described and pictured, and it was very clean! The last VRBO rental I stayed in was very dirty so I was a little leery about renting again through the VRBO site for I felt like I had no recourse. I had absolutely NO issues with cleanliness with this rental. I also appreciated that there were a few things in the home to get us started. For instance, there were toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, some paper towels, a few cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc... This is helpful. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make meals as well. The space itself was very comfortable and the two decks provided beautiful views of the ocean. I watched the sunrise one morning and also saw dolphins at the same time from the deck in my PJ's while sipping my coffee; it was awesome. Communication with the owner was easy. She was friendly, timely in her communication, helpful, and she made the check in process super easy. Overall, great experience; I would stay here again. :-)

Great Spring Break Trip

It is a great property, and Sandy was above and beyond. She is very helpful and available at any time throughout the week. The property is ocean front with a small street in front, and it is in a "quieter" section of Ocean Lakes. It can get busy/noisy in Ocean Lakes, so it was nice to be near the action while also being away from all of the noise.

Family Thanksgiving

6 of us adults stayed over Thanksgiving. It was our family get together. It would be perfect for a family with children. With us, an adult had to use the bunk bed, and another the day bed. It was a little snug, but all in all the house is perfect, and Sandra was the best! She was very quick to answer any questions.

Great House Awesome Views

The views from the house were absolutely incredible. There were 2 floors of decks giving you a variety of outdoor seating. The house accommodated many adults and it was very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Perfect.
