Upon entry, you'll walk into the spacious & open living room. Get right to work at the desk work station or kick back and relax on the couch.
Off the living room is the basement door, which will take you to the laundry/storage area and a sliding glass door which will take you to the backyard.
Walk through the living room into the beautifully renovated kitchen, stocked with all the essentials you will need for you stay.
Off the Kitchen is the hallway leading to the bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom is setup with a private closet & drawers. One bedroom has a Queen bed, one bedroom has a Full bed.
Back through you the Kitchen you can enter the dining room, with a table setup for 4.
Finally, you'll enter the King-Sized Master Bedroom, setup a large closet, dresser, and TV.
The total space is around 1300sqft. There are 3 bedrooms, a King, Queen, and Full size bed. There is 1 bathroom and a basement with private laundry. There is private backyard access and additional storage in the basement.
Guests have access to driveway parking, which can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.
While I don't live at the house, I do live nearby! Guests are welcome to contact me at any time. I will address all questions, comments, and concerns as quickly as possible!

Warren is the 3rd largest city in Michigan, behind Detroit and Grand Rapids.
My home is located right on 10 Mile road near Hayes, along the Roseville/Eastpointe border.
10 Mile Road is a main road. While it is a busier street, you cannot hear much noise upon entering the property.
Within walking distance is 7/11 and Dominos Pizza.
You will need a car to get around most places.
The house is located 1 mile away from 696, about 10 miles from i75, and about 20 minutes to downtown Detroit.
There is plenty of off street parking available for up to 4 vehicles.
This is a lower level flat. While there are guests in the upper flat, each unit is 100% private from each other.
Nothing is shared between these 2 units!

Please note that we may require a signed lease for guests who will stay 28 days or more.
To ensure the safety and security of all guests, we require a valid government-issued ID from the primary guest before check-in. This is standard practice for all bookings. We retain the right to refuse access to the property until your ID is collected and verified.

A Ring doorbell with a camera is installed at the front door for safety. It only monitors the exterior entryway and is active 24/7. There are no cameras inside the property, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME★
This unit is pet-friendly, and we charge a $150 fee per pet. Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of pets so the payment is automatically processed. Any non-approved pets will incur a $500 fine, and failure to disclose pets may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
