Great little Hilton Head retreat!

We loved the easy beach access and great pool! Easy to get to everywhere we were wanting to go see.

Nice but a few issues

We love staying at 40 Folly Field Dr.! This condo however had a few issues. The bathroom fan didn’t work. There was no lock on the bathroom door. The screen door wouldn’t close right and it had tears. The bathroom door had dirty stains around the door handle. The door handle from the bathroom to the bedroom kept falling off. The bones of this condo are definitely dated. Some of the decor was cute. The master bed and bunks were comfortable. The amenities at this condo complex are wonderful! We will be back but probably not to this condo.

Roaches

At first it seemed descent and clean. Found 3 hairs in the tub which I was willing to overlook. Maybe from the cleaning person. Idk. At the sink I found 2 ants and a cockroach. I was also going to let that go also. I know roaches can be a thing in the south. When my husband had a roach crawling up his arm while sitting on the couch and then we also found two more, that was it. We wanted out. Called Vasca and VRBO and informed them we were leaving. We arrived later that evening after the RBC golf tournament so all hotels were booked. We had to wait till morning when there was an opening at a nearby Hilton. Needless to say, we didn’t get alot sleep knowing we were sharing the condo with roaches. Disappointing for sure.

Great Condo in Hilton Head

It is close to the beach in a private community with good security. The condo is well decorated and very clean. Had all the kitchen amenities we needed. Also, it was stocked with starter supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, trash bags. Our only negative comment is that the couch and the bathroom need updating/showing wear and tear.

Great Place!

Stayed in 240C for a long weekend in October. Absolutely perfect visit. Near the pool and pool bar, which is right on the boardwalk to the beach. Room was delightful for 2 people just getting away for a few days. Would absolutely stay again!

Awesome trip!

The unit was very clean and perfect for family of four. You can see the beach from the balcony. The resort has 3 restaurants including a beach front bar and soft serve ice cream stand. Very short walk to pool and beach. The staff and servers were polite and we enjoyed just staying around the resort. We will certainly plan to return!

Great location

Condo was clean and fairly updated. Location to beach and other destinations on island was great. There is a restaurant on property, the food is good, no need to drive.
