The Space:
★ Living Room ★
The large leather, sectional sofa will accommodate large family movie nights while streaming your favorite channels from the large 85-inch Smart TV. The electric fireplace adds a special touch to the ambiance while cuddling up!

★ Living Room #2 ★
This living area is located right off the main living area and features a sleeper sofa, coffee table, books, and board games.

★ Kitchen and Dining ★
Our luxurious open-concept kitchen, featuring high-end KitchenAid appliances, is every chef’s dream! The spacious kitchen counter offers seating for six, with the dining area just steps away, complete with a dining table for six. Fully stocked with everything you need, our kitchen includes essentials like lobster pots, an Instant Pot, blender, a rice maker and waffle maker to mention a few. Step into a haven of tranquility and luxury with our expansive master bedroom where modern sophistication meets ultimate comfort. The room is anchored by a state-of-the-art Smart TV, seamlessly integrated into the decor, while a sleek, remote-controlled ceiling fan overhead ensures perfect air circulation. Tucked away is a walk-in closet, offering ample storage for a curated wardrobe. The opulent master bath beckons with its serene spa tub, ideal for soaking away the “stresses” of having a family beach day. A huge walk-in shower with exquisitely edged glass doors adds a touch of elegance, while the double vanities, positioned thoughtfully on each side of the room, provide both functionality and style. As you step through the double doors, you’re greeted by a tranquil space featuring a queen-sized bed, flanked by stylish nightstands with reading lamps, perfect for unwinding with a book. A large Smart TV allows you to stream your favorite movie, while a ceiling fan overhead provides a gentle breeze reminiscent of the ocean. This thoughtfully designed bedroom also includes two closets and a dresser, ensuring ample storage for clothing and personal items. Every detail has been curated to evoke a serene maritime atmosphere, making this room a peaceful retreat.

This bedroom offers both comfort and convenience, featuring two plush queen-size beds, perfect for accommodating guests or family in style. A sleek Smart TV adds entertainment at your fingertips, while a closet with hangers and a large dresser provides ample storage space. A ceiling fan ensures the room stays cool and breezy!

★ Guest Bedroom #3 ★
Affectionately named the “Ballerina Room,” this bedroom exudes soft feminine elegance with delicate touches of grace. At its heart lies a luxurious king-size bed, offering both comfort and style, while a ceiling fan overhead ensures a serene, airy atmosphere. A closet and sleek dresser provide ample storage. The en suite bathroom accessible from both the bedroom and pool area, adds convenience and versatility, making this space ideal for relaxing after a dip or preparing for the day.

★ Guest Bathroom #1 ★
Nestled between two guest bedrooms, this well-appointed bathroom offers both style and practicality. It features a combination bathtub and shower, perfect for a relaxing soak or a quick rinse. There is also shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. The large single vanity provides plenty of counter space and you’ll find a hair dryer in one of the drawers.

★ Guest Bathroom #2 ★
This bathroom is connected to the “Ballerina Room,” and features a shower, classic pedestal sink, and a well-placed toilet for convenience. Its direct access from the pool area adds a practical touch, making it an ideal space for freshening up after a swim or as a private en suite. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash also supplied and in dispensers in shower.

★ Outdoor Area ★
Step through the expansive accordion glass sliding doors from the living room and enter an outdoor oasis under the screened-in lanai. Here, a heated pool with a cascading waterfall awaits, creating a serene retreat. This area also features a bar area with high-top captain Adirondack chairs, a mini fridge and a Smart TV - perfect for entertaining! There is a Weber gas grill for your grilling pleasure! A dining table for six invites alfresco meals, while outdoor games like pool basketball, oversized Connect Four and a giant Jenga ensure fun for all ages!

Just beyond the lanai is a fully fenced, private backyard leading to a massive dock area equipped with Adirondack seating for four and a 20,000-pound electric boat lift. There is also a kayak launch dock off of the main dock. This prime location on a large canal offers access to the Gulf of Mexico, ideal for boating enthusiasts. Cast a line from the dock using the fishing gear provided in the garage and enjoy the tranquility of the water .. you just may see a manatee or ray as well!

We provide a spacious laundry room equipped with washer and dryer, available for our guests to use free of charge. This convenient amenity ensures you can easily take care of laundry during your stay, adding an extra layer of comfort to your experience.

★ Parking ★
Our spacious driveway offers ample parking for several vehicles. There is also plenty of on-street parking available. Garage parking is reserved exclusively for electric vehicle (EV) owners. We have an EV charger in our garage that EV owners may use for free. If you are driving an electric car, please notify us in advance so we can ensure you have access to the garage and charger.

★ 2 Dogs (50 pounds or under) Stay for FREE! ★ RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED
✔We welcome up to two dogs, each weighing 50 pounds or less, to stay with us free of charge. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we provide dog treats, beds, food and water bowls, and some toys. Please note that dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left alone. We have several crates available in the garage. Dogs are also not permitted to swim in the pool, as this can lead to increased maintenance, frequent filter changes, and significant additional costs. Kindly inform us of your pets at the time of booking.

★ Safety Protocol ★
The use of our inground pool, Kayaks, waterways (canal systems, river, etc.) and bicycles is solely done so at the risk of the renter. No children or pets are to be left unattended at any time or anywhere at/on the property - especially around pool area/canal systems. We have a pool gate that renters can use in the garage for the safety of their toddlers/pets. We also have various sizes of life jackets and bicycle helmets that we STRONGLY RECOMMEND renters use when using our recreational devices. Owners assume NO liability for accidents or injuries during renters' stay at the property.

Pool heaters don't run May-September. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & nighttime temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.
The City of Cape Coral has a strict noise ordinance that they enforce without hesitation; loud noise between the hours of 10pm – 8am is strictly prohibited.

Guest Access:
Guests will have entire premises for themselves and will be given a 4-digit number, unique to the guests, to enter the premises on check-in day.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is in a fantastic location near many shops and restaurants yet tucked away in a quiet family neighborhood.

Getting Around:
We have several bikes on the property, allowing you to enjoy a wonderful family bike ride through the neighborhood or to one of the very near local establishments like/ Publix, Wawa, Target, Lowe's, Five Guys, bakeries, McDonalds, Burger King, Tropic Smoothie, Dunkin Donuts and much more!

We have driveway parking that allows space for several vehicles. Sorry, we do NOT allow parking in our garage.

We will not be available in person but work with a team of property management specialists should any questions or concerns arise.
