The property is in a very nice spot, right by the lake. A short walk to the double deck boat house. The only thing that I can point out is that there was hand soap but no bath soap or shampoo in the shower. I always carry both items with me so it was not a big deal.
I loved how the house was super clean. It felt so cozy and comfy. This was our first time staying in Georgia, and we had the best time. It was so therapeutic and relaxing.
We had a wonderful stay at this house over the Fourth of July. It’s on the north side of the lake - quieter and perfect for families. The house itself was perfect with two main bedrooms plus two guest rooms. Also, it was an easy walk to the dock, which can sometimes be difficult in other houses where we’ve stayed. Lastly, Gordon was a great and responsive host.
Wow! It has newest technology. The double decker dock was very nice. They have lounge chairs and a table with chairs on the upper deck. We liked pulling up into the carport and only walking a few feet into the kitchen. It is an awesome place to stay. We enjoyed it.
We stayed for a week. Had our boat at the house boat dock. We were 6 adults and 1 infant. House is newly remodeled and very comfortable. Easy access to the lake and to the city of Gainesville.
