Welcome to On The Rocks, your new 5 bedroom, luxury vacation home in Estate Chocolate Hole on the stunning island of St. John in the Caribbean. This secluded tropical oasis offers unparalleled relaxation and unspoiled natural beauty that nourishes the mind, body, and soul. Surrounded by lush palm trees and bougainvilleas.

New 4-door Jeep Wrangler available at $125/day. (Available only during your stay).

The island is pretty small (8x3 miles), and most of the prettiest beaches are just about 10-15 minutes away. Our house is one of the closest to town and to the beaches!
You can either rent a jeep and go explore and see one or more beach each day, or there are open-aired taxis that go back and forth all day.

Upon your arrival to the island, your party can hop into one of the open-aired taxis to take up to the house. These will be lined up waiting for you off the ferry. Your host will meet you at the house.
If you rented the house jeep, it will be waiting for you in the driveway.
Once at the house, you will be given a tour and orientation, and your host will answer any questions you may have.

Conveniently located just 6 minutes from the ferry dock and only 1 minute from the Westin, On The Rocks is the perfect home base for your island adventures. You will have exclusive access to the entire house, including five luxurious bedrooms.
On The Rocks is also one of the few houses here with all paved roads directly to the driveway, and no steep switch-backs. This is a big plus!

The views from the house are amazing! Gorgeous Caribbean ocean views and palm trees from every room!

As you arrive at your paradise retreat, you'll be greeted by a private driveway making unloading luggage and provisions easy. Enter the beautiful foyer and you'll find two luxury king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on this same level. On the lower level, you'll discover a third luxury master ensuite bedroom, gourmet chef's kitchen, laundry room, and living area with lots of comfortable seating. Step outside to the secluded private pool, cozy outdoor oasis meditation space, plenty of comfortable seating, and grilling area, perfect for cooking up the fresh local catch of the day.

The bedrooms are as follows:
- Bedroom 1: King with ensuite bath (balcony with outdoor seating looking out over pool and ocean)
- Bedroom 2: Two queen beds with ensuite bath (balcony with outdoor seating looking out over pool and ocean)
- Bedroom 3: King with ensuite bath (off kitchen, walk out to the pool)
- Bedroom 4: King
- Bedroom 5: King
(Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a full bathroom in the adorable Salt and Lime Cabana House!)

Enjoy the gourmet chef's kitchen fully equipped with premium cooking and entertaining essentials approved by our middle daughter, an amazing chef herself. Rest assured that you'll find all the Teflon-free and non-toxic cooking and bake ware you need by Green Pan Brand, along with a KitchenAid refrigerator, KitchenAid cooktop stove, oven, microwave, triple water filter, ground coffee maker, Keurig, plentiful gourmet cookware, and dinnerware.

Relax under the stars in the meditation oasis surrounded by palm trees, fruit trees, and the tranquil sounds of the island's birds and wildlife. Three yoga mats and a sound bowl are provided for your meditation practice. Sonos sound bars in every room and speakers outside by the pool make it easy to dance and unwind to your favorite music while meditating, relaxing, cooking, and swimming.
