Repeat.", offers just that. This multi-level condo rental embodies coastal luxury. It is spacious, tropically decorated, and comfortable. Accommodations for ten vacationers can be shared among four bedrooms and four full bathrooms.

The first floor features a cozy den that makes a great hangout spot for guests. A plush wraparound couch faces a wall-mounted TV, and a rustic game table is provided for entertainment. A minibar and coffee station complete the space.

Ascend the steps to find the main great room, which encompasses the living area, dining room, and kitchen. The colorful living room includes a blue couch, white loveseat, and woven accent chair. A hardwood cocktail table, geometric rug, and sea-inspired décor pull the room together. A flatscreen TV is provided to catch the big game or have a relaxing movie night. In the adjacent dining area, a granite-topped table has seating for six beside a stunning beach triptych. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed meal with fellow vacationers. The open kitchen is large and spacious, featuring white cabinetry, black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a tiled backsplash. The kitchen island offers additional counter space and serves as a breakfast bar with five saddle-topped stools.

The bedrooms are spread across all three levels of the condo, ensuring privacy for guests. One guest bedroom is located on the first floor. It includes a queen-size bed, full-size bunk, coastal-inspired furnishings and décor, and a wall-mounted TV. The second-floor guest bedroom is well-appointed with a king-size bed, mini fridge, coffee maker, full-length mirror, and access to a full hall bath. The primary bedroom and final guest bedroom are on the top floor. Each has a king-size bed, sunny window, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bath with tub/shower combo.

A spiral staircase leads to a rooftop terrace with 360-degree views. The deck is furnished with outdoor tables and chairs, creating the perfect setting for spending quality time with family and friends. Snack on tasty appetizers and sip your favorite cocktail while soaking up the sun and taking in the views. Another perk of staying at Thirty Blu is access to the refreshing swimming pool and sundeck. A BBQ grill and picnic tables make it easy to prepare a poolside meal for your fellow guests. When you’re not relaxing indoors, lounging on the rooftop, or splashing in the pool, head to the sugary beach, which is less than a seven-minute walk from the condo. And after a salty dip, be sure to explore Blue Mountain Beach and the surrounding 30A beach towns. Unique restaurants, chic boutiques, local art galleries, seasonal events, and live music will elevate your vacation experience.
