Spring break with Fam

The place was very nice, however. The internet never worked and maintenance and office was contacted several times to send someone out to fix it. They finally sent a guy the second to last day we were staying there and it still wasn’t fixed. Also, when we arrived, the garage door was opened so we stored some of our belongings inside. When we went to retrieve our things, the door was locked and the code was wrong on our instructions. Again, we called several times and they finally sent someone as we were loading our luggage to leave. Horrible customer service!

Best beach house!

The property was perfect - everything was easy, fun, and the house had everything our group needed. Close to the beach, close to town, close to everything you could possibility need! Definitely would stay again.

Terrible customer service

Door code wouldn’t work when arrived. Called after hours number and nobody answered. I don’t an additional $500 for hotel rooms for the night. Initially, the property manager said they were having door issues and phone issues then blamed me. They never fill lower up but after several calls they refused 1 night stay yet still never called me back. In total, I lost roughly $150 after the refund due to their issue with the door code note working. I will never stay with this group again when visiting this area.

Easter Weekend - Amazing!!

We have stayed at many houses on Easter weekend at Port A and this house was perfect!! It was clean, had plenty of sleeping accommodations for two families and our kids. We would stay here again!!

Great Place

This was a great place to take my teenagers for Spring Break. How was very clean, Tv in all rooms, with lots of room and beds. Great location and the perfect area to hit the beach or cruise down town for food or fishing. Golf cart rental is right down the street, and a must for keeping your car clean. This house was worth every penny. Great communication with the rental company. Will be back this summer.

We had a wonderful time and your place is very nice BUT it needs to be cleaned very badly. When we got there we had to vacuum the floors wipe off all the cabinets. I thought the reason for the late check-ins was to do more cleaning. We killed 5 roaches the first day and had to throw away some food that they got into within a few hours of getting there. We have been coming for years and never had that happen.

Beautiful and roomy

Everything was wonderful. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The community pool was right in front. Everything was clean and tidy.. and the beach access is just down the road.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay, nice clean place. Only thing is that the refrigerator takes a bit to cool your items. They did leave info about how to cool items faster. I would suggest owners just buy another refrigerator. All in all I would stay there again.

Great getaway house

How was very clean and we liked the location. issues we had 2”were…only had 1 large skillet, glad we brought our griddle, not a lot of storage space, we lived out of our suitcases for a week and would suggest they add more towels. With all that being said I would still go back

Garbage problem

We really liked the Jumpin’ Jellyfish house itself, but the garbage situation was awful. The dumpsters were already overflowing on the property the day we arrived - 3 days later they were not only overflowing but garbage was on the road and spilled with birds in it. It smelled terrible. A call to the property management did nothing to resolve the situation. They need to do better and the owners of the property should know that it’s a huge blemish on the property, particularly since it’s right by the entrance to the condo complex.

Easter 2021 Girls Weekend

Outstanding property. Loved everything about it. Beautifully appointed, fantastic location and well managed. The ONLY things I can even think to comment on are: could use a better can opener and I wish it came with a beach/golf cart like many of the other units do. But those are super picky comments. Everything was really wonderful.

Christmas getaway

This property was awesome! Not only was it chic and beachy but it is fully stocked with everything you need. The owners did a great job in ensuring you have all you need. There was plenty of dishes and kitchen tools. This made a huge difference for us as we were there for a month. Close enough to the beach to walk (about a mile). The neighborhood is quiet (I’m sure it’s louder during busy times). The layout of the house is perfect. I thought we would hear a lot of sound travel from the living to the bedrooms but that was not the case. The double bunk beds in 2 rooms worked out nicely. The living room couch is comfortable and inviting. We loved our stay here so much we didn’t want to leave. The only complaint I have is lack of storage/closets in the bedrooms. Wouldn’t be a big deal for shorter stays but for us staying a month it was a small inconvenience. Bring extra hangers or storage baskets if saying for a long period of time. It would have been nice if all the TVs were smart TVs, or to at least know that they weren’t as we would have brought our fire sticks with us. Again, not something you need to fret about for a shorter stay but would have been really nice since we were there for longer. If I could have extended our stay for another month it would have been really hard not to as we found ourselves right at home. Management was responsive the one time we contacted them. Would absolutely stay here again!

Endless Summer in Port A

Overall Good Stay, with a few hiccups

Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a good stay and liked the openness of the rental common areas, decor and closeness to beach. The beds were also comfortable. The hiccups: We arrived at 6pm and cleaning crew was still there, but left quickly. The pass code did not work, but after hours person came quickly and reset for us. We were only left 6 bath towels for 9 people, no wash cloths. There was quite a bit of hair on floor in one bathroom and previous people's towels were still hanging on bathroom door. They brought us more the next day. One morning, shower would not shut off and no one answered emergency # at 6:30am. We called again at 9am and they came and fixed it. Again, overall we enjoyed our stay and also liked sitting in chairs on porch.
