Why they chose this property
Large property with a main home and two separate units with private entrances, private bathrooms, and air conditioners. The home is nestled in a well-maintained garden with an amazing sprawling pool. Five outdoor seating areas for sun and shade with nurturing breeze from the open jungle behind the estate. Many local activities. Surf Beach Playa Hermosa, a 5 minute drive, 20 minute walk from the house. Vida Asana, an internationally known yoga studio, w daily yoga just a 7-minute walk. Jaco, for all the restaurants and bars is just a 10 minute drive. Manuel Antonio is just over an hour drive south.
What makes this property unique
The main house hosts a master bedroom w a new modern king-size bed. Above the kitchen and family space is an open-air loft that has 2 single beds and a queen. Great for the kids!
